Not licensed one. The pirate one. In Russia, Pakistan, Israel - retailers make a pirate version of a games (i.e. 10 games on 1 CD for $5, or Collection of Call of Duty 5 in 1 for $7), so most likely this is the case. There is no way GTA 4 could cost $1, I mean the one officially that is licensed.

Yeah Roman, you're right. Every PC game is sold for the exact same price. Which is like 80 P.K.R. which is almost or even less than a U.S.D.

The retail video games in retail stores cost just a few more dollars then in USA, or Steam. (cause its... IMPORTED! ^^)
Only time i've heard of a pirate version for cheap sale, is from my friend that lives in an arabic city..  :neutral:
But yea, not in retail..  :razz:
