Dear Judges and the State of Argonath,
My name is Klaus, and I'm suing the following Person: brian

Today, the well known Vice City police officer brian, committed a treacherous crime against the city he is suppose to serve and protect. I hope the Judge will understand that after such unlawful acts, that this officer is no longer fit to serve his role under the VCPD.

My house is equipped with high-tech CCTV and is an expensive private property with it's private ground clearly marked by a brick wall circling all the way round. Therefore it is impossible that someone would trespass accidently. My CCTV managed to clearly catch brian in the act, trespassing the grounds and throwing cheap petrol bombs at my house. This is clearly a violent and malicious assault on my property triggered by a petty personal hatred that he holds against myself.

brian is nothing but a small-time thug and arsonist, and I hope the Judge will comprehend the danger that this man is to the inhabitants of Vice City. Even though I managed to put the fire out, such an illegal felonious undertaking should not be taken lightly, defiantly when the person is employed under the ARPD.

I have a range of witnesses that can be called up if the Judge requires this. My property was not the only property that brian attempted to assault. My friend tried to chase him as he ran from the scene of the crime, but escaped via a Sqaulo; an obvious sign of guiltiness.

My demands are:

• $50,000 of property damage repaid
• brians badge stricken from him

As this case involves a VCPD officer at fault, I would require that the Judge is in no way connected with the VCPD. This is in case of corruption. I'm sure the Government of Argonath will understand.

Dear Judge,

My name is Perry. I'm Klaus' friend and I was at the scene.
Here's what happened: Today I decided to go to a restaurant to eat something. Few minutes later I got a call from Klaus.
He told me the house is on fire and that he needs help, so I rushed at the scene where I saw brian throwing molotov at Klaus' house.
Klaus shouted "Its him". I decided to follow him to his house and call police, but he took a boat (Squalo) and escaped to sea.
Since I couldn't follow him anymore to call police to arrest him, Klaus came to conclusion to sue him.
Basically, brian tried to burn down the house.

Dear Judge,

I am a witness of the mishaps of that day.
The hereby accused person, brian, has caused major damage to the "Warrior's House" (P.O. Box: 00666), home to the Eighth Avenue Furies and Klaus himself. The stairs leading to the roof have nearly fallen off and there's a hole in the wall just near the entrance, all thanks to his little arson show. He had illegally bought a shitload (sorry for the expression) of Molotov Cocktails and in my opinion decided to burn down the house due to personal disagreements. Arson, as far as I'm aware, is against the laws of the United States of Argonath and should heavily be penalized - whether it's a sum or jail time. The same act has been attempted upon my property - although it went wrong to his unluck.

I wasn't a witness (away from the city at the time) but I'm sure this is the truth. Brian is just a thug and applied to ARPD because of lack of interest from all the gangs in recruiting him. Once he shat in our hangar but my boys made him eat everything he left before leaving. Just disgusting and horrible behaviour, he should never get in ARPD at first.
