CMB IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Hereby, I am announcing new changes implemented today. After discussion with Government representatives, we have come to the conclusion, that Citizenship and Migration Board members will be rated from now on. From now on, the newly created Internal Affairs section of CMB will check the quality of our members.
It includes activity, availability of members (basically answering requests of players or ignoring them), quality of service (how do CMB members perform the tests) and attitude towards new players.
Each CMB member will get rated then, and according to the rate he will get paid by every passport test he will have performed.
The base salary for every passport test is set to 5 000$.

CMB members that are rated higher, will receive more money, up to the amount of 10 000$.

CMB Supervisor that trains the trial member will get paid 10 000$ for whole training process. If trial member passes the final exam and becomes CMB Administrator, Supervisor that led him receives additional 5 000$.

If CMB Member gets fired or banned from CMB before the paycheck - the decision regarding payment is up to the CMB Leadership (CMB Director, CMB Co-Director and CMB Chief Administrators). If player has been rulebreaking, got banned from server, broke CMB regulations OR insulted/disrespected any player - the Leadership has full right to refuse paying the salary .

In the nearest future, we will enable the www.cmb.argonathrpg.com domain for our new own forum. New huge changes are going to be announced soon.
The Citizenship and Migration Board is going to be something new. It's getting better!
