I am reminding the leadership of CMB that your postion in SAMP CAN be revoked,

It takes one request to the scripters to remove your rights, and I do have that authority as mine is across the whole community.
The Divsional leader of SAMP can also make that request as they have authoritiy within the SAMP server of Argonath.

Monte is to be treated like any other applicant, fairly, and if he causes problems and does not listen then come to me..., and vice versa...
His Experiance and you know this is valuable (else he would never of been part of CMB before), he does not have to be in charge, but he will be a good asset to the CMB team, he does not give up, he still has heart for that which we all want to keep going..

Consider you words carefully, your objections up to this time have no validity and I will use the rights that Gandalf has given to me if I have to...

That ban you placed on Monte is invalid for one major reason... and you said it yourself, its personal ....
If you have a personal problem then sort it out, do NOT abuse your power in CMB to do so ..

i still do not understand why would he have any special benefits.. why would he be able to join while they're not even recruiting, and why the FUCK would group be closed/have it's rights revoked just cos they wont accept one player into their group? you do have rights.. but WHY?

You just said it yourself, and I also said that he should wait for the applications to be open and he can apply since his ban was also lifted by Cyril yesterday. But no, we got ordered by HQ to give him the rank and yes we did give him the rank.
So, everyone someone that wants to join CMB, just have to request it at HQ and they can order us to make him a member?
I think what happened with Monte that receiving the rank is a bit unfair for other players that also want to become a part of CMB.

The ban was not personal. It was the personal decision of mine, supported by the whole leadership as said in the post.
The ban was justified as Monte tried to take the whole organisation over and Gandalf made that clear.

Of course you can revoke our rights and shut the group down, noone denies that. But I wonder if that would be fair to shut the group down after 6 years of loyal service to Argonath community, most of that time for absolutely no benefits whatsoever. And the reason for that - because the current and former leadership including founder disagree on accepting one of the members who caused a lot of troubles in the organisation in the past.

You're right, but it's not even that...
When we recruit people we take the responsibility for their actions. CMB, in fact, IS its members. The reputation of CMB has grown throughout the years because of our members. We've always been very strict about accepting players and many of our admins became eventually successful server administrators.

Now, what worries me in case of Monte... Hypothetically, if we accepted him, who would take the responsibility for him and his actions? Because obviously, we are not going to, since we never wanted to accept him again... It is certain that in case of Monte causing troubles and shit AGAIN, noone from the HQ is going to take the blame. Everything is fine when it's fine. But when something goes wrong, then it's very difficult to find the guilty ones.

Another thing is, recently Monte has been threatening our current director khm, that if he doesn't accept him the HQ will make CMB unofficial and open another official organisation. I'm wondering about the reaction of HQ? As far as I know, the HQ has been notified about all the threats and racial comments towards khm coming from Monte. As far as I know, the screenshots have been provided. And what now? Are we to accept such people and take the responsibility for them?

Ending this long post, I would like to note that after reading the reactions of Plingolas and Ethan, both who (I guess) aren't really active nowdays, I am proud and happy.
You guys, along with khm, proved once again that I made the right choice by giving you full trust and promoting to Director and Co-Director of CMB.
