I think none of you will at our little idea what it means to own LV ... To make your life easier, I'll explain. In order for someone to say that his group has LV, they need to hold very large proportion of houses / shops / casinos and so on, not just one or two casinos and a 24 / 7 shop.

I have a Bistro in San Fierro, it means you know that I own San Fierro?! No, does not mean it.

The english is a little low, and It's crap when you use shorts in a application, or anywhere, fucks things up. But what ever, this is my opinion.
And your IC story is more likely skill(s) you have.
