and i dont see how 'cop rewards' causes less 'competition in DM' and 'prisoner stealing' (spamming /c jail while someone enters the cell, whilst you didnt do anything to help) :P

it would be kinda cool to have rank names dependant of gang HQ you are in

like, you have rank named Made Man
you join EAF HQ and the rank name changes to Furie, every gang HQ would have their preset for every rank
