But I have two little problems :
First one , I'll be inactive for 2-7 days , I have some problems with my family.

You can just be a resident of the projects as well, those aren't the only 2 groups, i have a lot to add to the topic still, as long as your character fits within being in poverty I don't care, Its a community, you can be who you want. I don't know if you've ever been to the ghetto/projects in IRL, but the people there may be poor but they have SOUL and big hearts, it's an every day struggle to survive, but they manage to do so while having fun through the hardships, As for the 7days inactive thing that's fine this group is going to take awhile to get going as it's just me right now. Introducing yourself in RP is perfectly fine as well, example : you could RP being in the neighborhood before you actually join, so that people within the faction recognize you as a familiar face. This can be done by simply posting something like "*You would notice John_Doe coming outside of his project unit daily*".
