Before you dig shit out of the gutter and throw it at me, try doing some research on the admin team first, and find out which admins have issued plenty of 30-day copbans. I can assure you your results will not turn up plenty of names. I have even copbanned SAPD personnel.
Instead of focusing on only one side of me, take a moment to consider who is truly biased towards one side.

As an Administrator, I pride myself on strict efficiency. People have, do, and will call me names because of the way I work. "Brutal", "Cruel", "Abusive", "Merciless", "Biased", and other similar labels were, are, and will be among the insults I receive from our resident narrow-minded moaners. It's happened since shortly after I first became a Moderator, and I do not expect it to cease anytime soon.
Yes, I will say it. I am a strict admin who is ready to ban rulebreakers without remorse, regardless of the time they have spent on the server. I will not give two shits if they were the first players to settle in Argonath after the Owners and Community Leaders, I will ban them without any hesitation if they have given me the reason to do so.
"But there is a tempban button for f*ck sake!" is a cry I hear / heard from several of those I punished. Yes, I know there are alternative punishments. I also know that many have taken Argonath's rules for granted, and have been abusing their freedom consistently; something the ban punishment is present for.
I have spent my entire time on Argonath as a cop, yes. Law enforcement is one of my passions and I will admit that I admire the dedicated law enforcers who work in real life to ensure our safety. However, I prioritize my admin duties above anything else, above my role, affiliated groups, and even my own friends on Argonath.
Now, let's talk about the common remarks and insults I receive for my work. In fact, let's do it in alphabetical order.
Abuser of the ban button? Think of how many players abuse their freedom consistently and take it for granted.
Biased against cops? See for yourself how I will take any abusive law enforcer's badge without hesitation.
Corrupted administrator who shits on players? I have never abused anyone who is truly innocent, and I will point out without hesitation the faults of a player when I will need to do so; I am one of the most straightforward admins in the team.
I uphold the rules as I am supposed to, but as a human, I am not perfect. I am just like one of you, I have flamed unjustly and done other improper actions in the past. The difference is that I constantly work to address my weaknesses, since I would be absolutely unfit for the team if I didn't. We cannot create admins who are absolute perfect role models, since none of us could possibly be one. The best we can do for Argonath is do the next best thing, getting as close as possible.
After seeing these words and hearing of my past actions as admin, some of you will think of me as merciless and brutal, instead of balanced as an admin is supposed to be. I will have to correct you there.
If I work hard, I also play hard. In fact, some people will recognize me as an admin who regularly makes events with big prizes and loads of fun for all involved. Destruction Derbies, Fight Clubs, Races, only to name a few. I also consistently seek ideas for new and fun events that we can enjoy on the server, and have made some fun "upgrades" to some of our currently existing events. The prizes I give out, when counted in total, are no small deal either. Recently, I was granted $1,000,000 for events; I expect to spend it all on even more events, and it will not be the last time either.
While I am here to punish, I am also here to reward. I am still an Argonath player, after all... the administration has not forgotten what our players want, and we deliver on rewards for good players. Good, rule-abiding players have nothing to fear with the admin team; we are here to help and protect you.
However, that does not mean we are here to change diapers and settle every single little problem. Many problems that the admins are confronted with can be settled by the players themselves, although this matter is a story for another time.
