Just to get the Hydra and Hunter regulations right...

I am currently working on re-writing the rules so that everything is covered and clear, when that comes I will also be publishing rules for the police. These will be as they are now but clearly stated.

Amongst this will be a clear server rule for heavy air usage; I do not mind the SAPD keeping secrets but server rules will be known to everyone regardless of the SAPD's internal confidentiality policies. I will create this rule based upon what I already know and common sense, taking into account the essential aspect of game balance.

If the SAPD wants their own procedures taken into account, someone from their command should make contact with me. If no one does this I will make and publish a rule without consultation which may differ from the current procedures.

This will be good to read, Kojak is working to update the rules abit.

Now where the period begins with rules being edited, why not starting a survey with asking people what they'd like to implement / remove / edit about rules? It would be a little more polite if we wouldn't remain as voiceless and finally share our thoughts instead. Doesn't have to be a direct question like "what do you want added?" , rather what concerns us and what we would like to see a little different, hm?

There is reason why we do not have full freedoom of speach about how "rules" have to be ,either way people would try make them towards they advance like criminals towards cops or cops towards criminal,there is server leaders for reason and they only are fully right decide about any based rule to make it fear whitout any motions towards dark force or good force.

There's a very good reason we're not allowed to sway decisions regarding rules.

What for they need to be released anyway? I mean Argo citizens can't spawn hydra/ hunter anyway so obliviously posting those rules here will have same point as posting regulations about usage of Rhino tank.
The reason why they are hidden is much more simple: expose of those rights will create perfect abuse opportunity. Did you ever wonder why SWAT/ FBI lead never evades with airplanes? They know rules of it so it will be easy for them to escape(they know who exactly and at which location can spawn it, when it can and can't shoot)
If you feel abused anyhow by hydra/ hunter you can just go and report it on arpd.argonathrpg.com, same as everything else.

If FBI really want to release their rights... it's up to them to do it. But what for they asking SAPD to do the same? I don't think there are some new regulations for it or anything, it's just the fact of staff which can use it is now more active.

Indeed,people can't here demand publicity of anything wich been locked for a reason,we can't read admin topics for a reason not cause they want so,you can't read arpd topics from sapd rank + and there is reason for that either,just face that demand everything won't change anything anyway.

The Hunter should not be in the server at all. The Hydra, on the other hand, should be(and is) used to take down aircraft harboring suspects.

Squeak it just turns to regular type of topic where veteran criminals say view points about how SAPD/FBI suppose to work or what they suppose use and in wich specific circumstances,or SAPD members complaining how criminals suppose to act,react and never ending topic with unhappy people .

 :ps: Hunter have rights open fire on NRG only if suspect before was airborn so,if you flew with shamal and then went for ground and jumped on nrg and if there is no prity much chances catch you up or you are wanted for murder/murders ,they only then open fire on you , I hope it made you feel better and other people thinking they receive rockets for no reason on nrg.

Multiple criminals got ping higher than 300, SAPD in exchange to criminals can't shoot regular civilians. Imagine hydra shooting criminal with jetpack. I just proved that hunter IS needed. Any more to moan about?

Yes, Hunter is for those who don't know teamwork or fail at teamwork(I'm not including planes, choppers)
