- You claim the land as your own
- You deny people access
- You enforce different laws
- You claim you are official

FBI Special Agent/FBI Prosecutor AND
FBI Cadet / Criminal Court Assistant Judge are the mayors

The other ranks are filled with Economical court judges, FBI Agents and SAPD Ranked officers.... What part implies we need watching over?

99% of us legitimately study the constitution.
