I actually did all cars from scratch and studied the colors. I also had some skin weapons made but you changed them removing ammo, they are shit now, not even a stubby nor an M60 you had.
So don't tell me I didn't do shit.
well i like the Idea Of Multicolourd Cars......
Most of the cars can't be multicolored, all can have 2 colors but in some cars the first color is painted over the second.
exemple: stinger pink and black= dark pink
The cuban hermes only have that color no matter what color codes you use, same as army and FBI vehicles(except cheetah).
Actually, I tested all color mods for the cars to see the ones that worked and the ones that don't.
No, advertisements or any part of the map cannot be changed.
Except with mods. of course
