I did not force him. I tried to roleplay, if he didnt want to roleplay he wouldnt shoot, he could just say "i dont want to roleplay" or he could simply ignore me. Obviously i wouldnt kill/shoot him, that way it would be dming. I only opened fire, when suddently while i was writting something, he took out his mp5 and shot me , wich means that he started Dming (or "roleplaying on his on way" but if this was the case why would he report, if it was a RP), so i opened fire back. NOTE: i didnt open fire to force him to leave. I just opened fire because he started shooting firstly.

here is what i ask myself:
Why am i the punished one for Dming?
Did i force him to roleplay?
Did i shoot him without a reason?

I just arrived and RPed what'ever i want, because as i am aware, i am "free" to roleplay what ever i want in argonath, the reaction of the players surrounding what i roleplay is what turns it into an RPing environment, if someone in the environment wouldnt want to roleplay this person would ignore the environment, or simply state he is not apart of that roleplay, and in this case if i would keep interfeering with him by shooting him, i would be forcing him to roleplay, but as he shoot me first without me do anything to him(physically didnt touch him), i shot back as he introduced himself to the environment.

I think its too obvious to see the abuse. But yeah, everyone just see what ever they want to see.

whenever you have a problem with server (administration etc) they tell you to report it on email yet in the end you get no response or no action is taken, or both

about your report it is plain abuse to me, looks like our luke doesnt like criminals too much

The best argonath "era" was in 2009 , good for players who enjoyed it, with old car system, old RP's , Old Bugs  , Old All.

I don't play anymore because of this, I get tired of seeing people getting kicked/warned/banned without doing shit. Just look to ricardo, he got tempbanned because he killed a portuguese guy who insulted his mother... Daniel got banned for robbing a person some months ago... Ricardo got banned for script abuse when he didn't... Ricardo waited more than 1.5 month for his new pw while some other person ( I won't mention names) got it a few minutes after asking...
Now tell me, do you think it's fair?

Richard, I'm indeed most of the times on the administrators side, it's their job to keep the server functional, and without them you wouldn't had those amazing times that everyone talks about in 09. Everything changed, the community changed, we now have new kinds of people, don't expect all the years to be the same. You can encounter good role-plays nowadays if the people who are part of it don't go out of the boundaries of role play / rule break. There's many ways to say something, some of those ways may be seen as moaning, provocation, etc. There the admins intervene to keep the main chat clear of some talks that aren't actually productive. If they blocked all of your opinions and criticism, you wouldn't be allowed to post that message.

Volcom, you seemed like a nice guy, maybe you are but you should fix what goes around your head. Ass licking isn't the meaning of backing up some opinions held by staff members. I must confess I enjoy to play my game without people talking crap about this and that on the main chat. And for a guy that puts "A Proud Applicant Of Rstar" you shouldn't really talk about ass licking. The reasons you stated that you don't agree.... it's actually quite ironic. Pass a day in Argonath without /report alright? Let's see how you enjoy being DMed. In main chat, when a guy keeps picking on you and provoking, let the talk be free of admins and let him continue to bash your speech with non senses (trolls). When you're in a shootout, and a guy does /helpmeup to go to a roof top and evade.. let him be, it's just script abuse right? All of this 3 aren't suitable reasons for ban as you stated. In a final note, thank you for understanding that I want to be an admin, and good luck in your application for the stunt server as well.

Loco, I do have my own opinion, as you may see in many topics I support, but in others I disagree with some staff members. I bet those punishments weren't isued without a reason. Else Gandalf himself would have unbanned him and taken care of the admins. I wasn't there so I can't really tell you my opinion, I can't really tell if it is fair or not. [email protected] does work. Use it. People always cry that they do but nothing happens but I bet they have only like.. 3/4 reports.

Rstar application yes i still have this but you know what i think about it ? i will be denied, yes ofc i will.
But you are a nice guy but sometimes you see the things how admins leet you see, sometimes you dont have your own vision of points, thats all, 2009 is a Time dont will come back, you said we can still find good rpers, we aren't talking about good rpers we are talking about Fun. in 2009 no one was gooooood rper, only some peoples having fun in server.
