I know exactly what is wrong. You watched a youtube video with a guy that adds the files from the installation directly to his GTA sa folder. The problem here is that there are no software or any kind of cmd programs that will add the files directly to your gta3.img as he presents in the video.
You should:
1. Delete the current SRT3 from GTA Sa folder. Inc. Hud and Peds that includes with the SRT3 installation.
2. Run SRT3 installation again, this time just install it at desktop so, it can be easly found.
3. Download: IMG Manager 1.5
4. Open it and find
an empty gta3.img
5. Go "edit" then choose "Bulk Replace"
6. Then you browse down to desktop to SRT3 and select the folder.
7. You press OK and wait for the files to get replaced
8. Now your files are replaced. Go to GTA San Andreas/models and check how big the gta3.img is. It'll be around.. I think it was 2.88 GB(dont really remember. Something with .88 GB ^^ )
9. However, the original gta3.img is 896 MB, so it is very big when it more than twice as big as the original one. The game would probably crash if you attempted to go IG.
10. Go back to IMG Manager and find you gta3.img.
11. Go "edit" and find and choose "Rebuild Archieve".
12. Wait for it to rebuild the archieve.
13. You are now done and your gta3.img will probably be much smaller right now.
14. Enjoy your game!
