Hell-o.
Events are funded by [R*] team. Reason? They can give a special payday to 1 person, they dont give money from their pockets. So these days, events only happen when Managers are online.
Proposal:
Admins (not moderators) would have 2 bank accounts.
1: Personal Account
2: Event Account
Managers would give each Admin some Event Money. Lets say, $20,000 for now. (I hope you see where im going with this)
Then when Admin runs out of Event Money, Admin would have to talk to managers, and tell the manager, how the money was spent. What kinds of events were made, what kind of prizes were given. If everything was reasonable, manager would fill the Events account by another $20,000, Unless asked for more.
This system could be also used to see, how involving admins are, as I have witnesed quite a few admins/moderators who join just to stay afk.. (no names) This would show Admins activity better than anything.
Again, this would be for Admins only, maybe it could be Optional?
Same rules would apply: Asking for event = No Event.

Prior to the above idea. It would make Admins more of Entertainers, wouldnt it? Is there something wrong with that? You decide.
If for Admins to host events is wrong, couse they should help players, deal with reports and maintain mainchat in order, and not entertain the server.
Then the [R*] Team should do exactly the same?
Idea #2.
Have "Entertainment Team" or "Event Team"? Thus expanding the Argonath Goverment.
It would be highly controled by above force, that would be, the managers.
and the best thing would be, It would take the work load off Developers and Managers! Less time spending on server entertaining, more time spending on scripting?
Basicly, they could be puerly concentrated on event hosting.. They wouldnt have /reports dealing commands, but they might have /warning and /kicking commands. they would also have "Car Spawning" command, which normal admins dont..
To be in this team, you dont go from moderator, to admin, to entertainer. You would go stright to entertainer. Im not sure about levels of entertainers either.. and different level could have different money ammounts funded by the managers?
For Example:
Basic Entertainer [$7,500]
General Entertainer [$15,000]
Big Entertainer [$30,000]
Whenever money is down to 0, must report to managers where it went, and ask for refill.
It would make managers awere whos doing a great job, and whos on holiday.
If more cash would be required for some nicer idea to be inplemented, it would have to go to managers table to discuss.
So maybe ignore the Admins addon, make a new seperate addon?
I think for this we are calling server Owners? Even thou they would be under supervision by Managers.
