The problem is I'm not going to be a one-man company.
Even if there would be a few players working as medics, it's still hard to attract with a character that has just one scripted command.
An official Medic faction means you will have to work alongside ARPD. So it pretty much strikes out players in criminal factions.
We dont have enough players with a non-criminal background to fill positions for both ARFD and a medic department.
Also, having an active squad is more important than filling lead positions.
Anyway, this idea will be implemented.
It brings more balance, as cops do not have the ability to heal on-field, whereas criminals do (through drugs, paid ofc....cops always get free stuff eh?

).
All type of HP generation (that is: medic, first-aid, drugs, food) will be done in steps. So upon healing the HP will increase at a slow rate (3 HP per second).
Same with getkevlar, buykevlar or restock.
This is to avoid healing between combat, which is not allowed anyway.
