All major mafia heads are also part of admin team too yes? Gvardia, Stracci, Corleone  :m4:
lol Now time for all consiglieres and underbosses to be admins :D Just like captain+s lol

We do need lots of admins, it'll possibly reduce the punishments since most admins will have more time now and less panic :D
Since we all know, Strictness of admins on sa:mp, is the large numbers of users to blame.

I disagree, The number of users has never been tied to strictness.
The strictness is needed to balance out the ammount of leniency that is given.
Otherwise all that will happen is diaper changing.

It would be very good of course if everyone would just get along, but that will not happen. So decresing the strictness will just give the bad players an reason to fuck around and spread thier hatred.

TL;DR it was strict back in the old days aswell. For the reason to keep things in check and guide those bad players away from thier destructive behaviour. Stress and number of players really does an minimal ammount to affecting how hard or soft an admin should apply punishments. Otherwise you should just log off and chill if your emotions are unstable and thus makes you unavaible to apply an correct punishment. So blaming your bad decisionmaking (and rotten mood) on number of players is null and void. That is not to say that you should just logg off the instant you get pissed. What I mean is when it goes overboard.

Life has been a fucking hell recently, including accepting what has happened to me in the past. Dunno if life will ever get better but at the least I'm still hanging on. Lol.

You got strong points there.

But some admins , for example <REMOVED> do take decisions under anger at times. Note, Its not a complain or anything, we all are humans we all get angry, we all make mistakes :) But people like <REMOVED> always have anger on their nose and take it out on players often later saying there're hundreds and hundreds of reports they get. When the number of players in itself is limited to 200.

From my point of view, I believe admins on SA:MP are more strict than other servers as I am the living proof myself, I have never been banned or even warned on any other Argonath Server and I make use of all of them, MTA:VC, VC:MP , IV:MP and TS and even forums. Not a single punishment, but on SA:MP its nothing less than a record . And everytime I complained/asked I was told its because of numbers the admins must act strict.

Sorry for the off topic post.

Less than a record? Stay out of trouble then?

To begin with. I don't belivie an thing of "everytime I asked". If you manage to run into trouble with admins then you did indeed do something wrong. I have seen myself how they work.
And if it is as you say, then you ethier only mess around in SA:MP, or the other server admins are pamper changing all the time.

I don't really belivie cops IRL would take out an tea pot and drink tea with you while laughing it off as if it was nothing... But that is not the point.
The point is, I belivie according to what I see from it, that you get into trouble on sa:mp because the admins actually saw that you were breaking rules. Something the other servers admins would ignore and instead laugh off.

And even if what I said above turns out to be false, there's still an easy way for me to explain my point:

Admin team in 2010 was in majority shit. Fact. Alot of players making daily trips to unban request forums just to get out the day after, even after 10 bans.
The admin team started incoperating some badly needed strictness in order to make some form of discipline among players and really hang a sign (With kojak being an good starting point and continues to be so): Don't break the rules. That actually means something.
The admin team today compared to 2010 and first 4 months of 2011 is miles ahead.

I for one belivie that the strictness is at an good point as it is, and should not really be changed much.

And if you belivie i'm wrong about other servers being pamper changing and you running into trouble now and then, then let's continue this in an PM and I can take an tea pot with you and sort it out accordingly and explain why and how most admins think if you write or do something you see as approtiate but in reality is an blabber of rulebreakings.

Be sure to also mention what you was warned/kicked/tempbanned/banned for. With accompanying description of what you said/did.

And if nothing of that applies. Maybe it is more strict on sa:mp because control needs to be established before so admins can relax an tiny bit with an big majority of the players playing nicely and fair?
And that also would mean that other servers have already established an good enough control so strictness can be lowered because players can be trusted an bit more?

I'll not post regarding this in the topic anymore. Feel free to have the last word if you want to add anything, or continue it in my Inbox (which I will gladly discuss admin matters and philophosy with you. Maybe you will learn some stuff you never knew.  :) )

Good Idea, lets not discuss it here. pm me, I'm always up for learning something new and discussions ;)

And Chris, Read the note, And also more topics specially in general and ideas section, you'll find what I said about <REMOVED> is nothing compared to what others say, But again I do no dislike him, and if I do not dislike someone why in the hell would I report and try to ruin their reputation? I don't report admins unless a serious matter, and at that time, I just do it and not speak in public or to them. Everyone has a different way of working, I only gave <REMOVED> example as how aggressive he is. :)

The name of the admin mentioned in the previous posts has been removed, don't make any complaints about specific admins, or criticisms of their conduct, openly on the forums please.
