Solonik has been a ship on stormy seas, rocking in and out of highs and lows, and I'm afraid after this, I'm just a bit seasick. I love Solonik, I feel like it is my own.. but after much thought, I have decided to try something new.. Iggy, I feel I have failed you. I apologize, and I can understand if you don't like me anymore after this.. or are infuriated, but this is something I have to do.

Solonik, you have been the best part of my career on Argonath, I will NEVER forget the things you have tought me.. and the things we have done.. and achieved, as one.

I expected this to be honnest, I guess you will be doing something together with panda . I dont feel betrayed ..it will be good for both of you to discover how it is if you start something yourself
One thing bothers me though ..the HQ ..I wont ask you to give it to me because you payed a lot of money but atleast sell it so we can buy it

Its just sad to see that what I said is true : Solonik doesnt own anything its the members and if they leave it leaves with them. this will leave a lot to think about for future assets and the owner

just imagine its platinum ..We may have to look for a new HQ...i think Araatus wil use our current. On that note I want our next HQ to be payed for by all members and it will be owned by SOLONIK regardless of whats on the door , I heard :"I will never leave trust me" one time to many Like i feared we now have no HQ or whatever

Since this concerns all (remaining )members i will put it up here

Wel a lot only for promotions/degradations/kicking we need to decide together and big changes ofcourse, For these things i want to also involve the Lt's (only knoot atm)how we vote and if we vote needs to be decided  One thing not to much sidegroups/companies etc etc Just one mafia , one cover bussines called Solonik Enterprizes or Solonik Inc , we can then always make different branches ("Import&export" etc)

So you can

• Accept members on trial and full membership and set the trial length
• Make aliances
• buy realastate in the name of Solonik
• Boss everyone around (but be nice ok?)
• make events etc

its just for the big things like i said, those we decide together in a sort of tribunal with the other leading ranks, a structure we need to work out (if we vote how do they count , who has veto etc etc)But ytou can start with the above ..lets try to get some good RP ing members !
