Question about drive-bying

Hello,
This afternoon Tomer contacted me and said I was not allowed to drive-by from the back of a bike on running suspects. I agreed with that but later checked the rules on Argonath Wiki and I saw there is not a rule about it. The suspects were shooting me with heavy weapons and I was on the back of a bike.
Is this allowed? I can send you a screen of it if you guys need it.

nope its strictly prohibited not to drive-by on standing still or running su i got kicked several time for this

Reece cleared it up some time ago.

Let me repeat:

SAPD Officer isn't allowed to drive-by suspects from passenger seat, UNLESS shots are fired upon the unit and the unit is in danger of their life.

You got kicked for NOT to drive-by ?  :D

Clarification: EVERY officer is expected to stay within the logical realms of his character. This means that using lethal force is the last measure, after all possibilities to stop and arrest the suspect have failed.
If you have asked the suspect to surrender, have tried to stop him by stopping in front of him and he still runs, you can use lethal force.

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.

If they were shooting at you,you had rights drive by them when ever they were on foot or not as passanger of police bike.
Punishment in current scenario was invalid and I advise anyone issuing punishments about this, work on they rule knowledge.

In Officer regulations it says this : If you aproach scene inside a vehicle as passanger in drive by position and your vehicle receives fire from suspect on foot,you're allowed open fire back from vehicle drive by position till vehicle proceeds for full stop and you can step out .

So, if you're an officer and being shot at, it's okay to DB if they're on foot.

What if it's the reverse situation? Logically the suspects should be taking the chance to escape if an officer is on foot without a vehicle, but of course people like to DM, so the real situation is different. Are suspects allowed to DB on-foot officer? And does it matter if the officer is shooting them or not?

If you are being shot at, yes.
