In space you could be moving at 1000 km/s or 10 m/s and it wouldn't make any sort of difference due to the lack of certain forces.
Not to mention that those asteroids and comets aren't really moving at "extreme" speeds, considering the fact that the Earth itself is constantly moving at 30 km/s. If you were moving that fast on the Earth, you would be able to go around the world in 20 minutes.
Right, I'm thinking about Earth, if you travelled at light speed on Earth you'd be obliterated to the back of your seat.

And just to clarify, microbes can survive on astroids, meteorites, comets so on, it's one of the theories to how we got on Earth in the first place, although theres only a small chance of anything surviving the entry through Earths atmosphere.

Actually no.
When a particle gets close to the speed of light its properties change, it gains infinite mass and the theory e=mc(squared) applied, newtonian motion rules do not apply.
So, if you go that fast you wont feelmuch actually, but if you look out the window you will see space adjusting in such a manner you will be mindfucked bro.You will travel instantaneously since time will come to a halt, who knows when you step out you might step out on a new earth taken over by aliens!

That fact is familiar to 99%+ argonatians.

Now, since i see you all know that tell me (just for fun) what goes faster than spped of light :?: (what, and discovered by who).

It's impossible(?) to go faster than the speed of light.

Wrong answer...

Nikola Tesla, Serbian scientist also known as "father of 21st century" discovered a particle in 1930's that after some seriouse calculations, calculated that it went an astagering 448.000 KM/S (light speed is 300.000 KM/S).

Bet ya did not know that!
Beat the shit out of Ainestein!

Dude, do you google much?

I said 'impossible(?)' implying nobody really knows but most scientists don't believe it's possible to go faster than the speed of light.

@Alek
I looked that dude up, and no he didnt discover anything like that at all.

The only particle identified to have passed the light barrier is a neutrino, a particle that somehow goes faster(but by a VERY small amount, too small to even count).
That does not mean that it isnt the ultimate limit, we can never have the biggest picture.Technically a photon(light) should be faster, but it comes to a ultimate halt due to the limit, we have estimated the limit to be 671 million miles a hour, but we all know that a bit adjustment here and there exist, since i doubt the universe goes by the system of exact miles.

How neutrinos go faster is a mystery, but most scientists believe it is simply something we overlooked.

Didnt google it really, i just read a book about Tesla that my dad bought. Actually, i didnt really read whole book, i just looked at the pages and that thing got my attention. Tesla actually did a test called philadelphia experiment. He did an amazing thing with a 2-3 other not so famous scientiests. He actually Teleported an aircraft carrier around 150-200 miles from shore. When the boat was found people were still alive screaming merged to the steel. (srsly, i couldnt make this up, try and youtube and google it, youll see)

You heard that U.S. is making a death ray? Whell they are using plans wich they took from Nikola Tesla. Besides, you ever heard of "Tunguska explosion of 1908"? (i bealive it is called that way).

1 of theories is that teslas death ray produced that blast. I know that you think "WTFISTHISNIGGACRAPPING?!", but i am tellin ya, ask a little bit, do some research, yo gonna find somr crasy shit!

Nope, am 100% shure that tesla discovered them. I will look someshit, and proove it.

Scientists all around the globe thought that for a while, but recent studies have proven that neutrinos have the ability to actually travel faster than light, throwing our current understanding of relativity into disarray.
Instead of pouring money into the military, every advanced country in the world should be funding the LHC.

Oh, and was the book in Serbian and did it say that Tesla had superpowers and did magic tricks??

neutrinos arent that fast, they are fast by a ridiculously slow amount.

MY theory is that we simply mis-measured the speed limit...i mean seriously the universe doesnt understand miles, the unit can be a bit above the 671m miles..
Or maybe light isnt the limit?Maybe photons just travel at a speed very close to that of the ultimate limit?neutrinos go closer.
