Cops find a naked man eating the face of another man, they shoot him but despite being shot the attacker continues to eat the victim. it takes 6 shots to finally stop the guy.

Zombies anyone? :P

If he was touching the other guy when they tazed him, bout would have been tazed, which could have made it even for the man beaing eaten(lol).

If a man is violently ripping pieces of another persons face off thats a life and death situation. The human body can be a very powerful weapon as it is.

Most likely the guy was on PCP or something... But 6 shots to take someone down? thats some pretty intense side effects.
