The prime minister of the UK left his eight year daughter in pub. That must of been pretty embarrassing.
He tells the reporters that "These things happen"

Sounds like the good PM was drunk. :drunk:

Seriously, which sober person would ever not notice their child was with them when going home?

The most important part is interacting with others and meeting people from around the world.

I blame his security staff

But in all honesty, this happens to every parent at least once, especially when you have more then one kid

You have to remember that this isn't a normal situation. They'll have had a dickload of staff with them, and it's possible that it would've been confusing in some way that isn't being mentioned there.

Still pretty silly though.

Apparently they left in separate cars, and each thought the child was with the other, only when they arrived home, they found out none of them had her :P She was only alone for 15 minutes, and was pretty well when they found her :P

Well, too point out the obvious.... why take an 8 year old with you when you plan to get intoxicated? I mean, hell if I had a kid and I went to a party I'm not gonna bring the kid along with me. Just seems like an absences of common sense and parenting skills tbh.

Yeah, but normally its at places like walmart or the toy store  :D

His opponents will use the incident as an example of how Cameron is an irresponsible person and that if he can't even take care of his own family how could he manage a country.

To be fair, it never said that he was drinking.

I'm surprised nobody took her and asked a ransom.

I knew such a reply was coming.
Are you implying such things don't happen in the UK?

Not that often they don't, no.

Of course they happen, but it's rare - it happens in every country. Taking the PM's daughter and asking for money though.. that's just down right stupid.
