I won't get down to the flamming level. I would just suggest you to study a bit more about the Brazilian history.

1- You say you are polite? then why did you say all those things like "So don't fucking tell me what I should say or not."

2- Why there are lots of poor people and blacks on Brazil? They are decendants from the slaves Portugal brought to Brazil. Why is Brazil actually so poor? Because Portugal stole almost all gold/precious stones from our country. And guess what happened with the gold? Portugal signed a treaty called "Tratado de Methuen" that lowered the taxes for  some English textile products, and England lowered taxes over the portuguese wine. Of course, that generated lots of debts to Portugal so there wasn't another option but to pay with the gold.

3- We are not cynical, but even if it is so, I'm not. Why do you have to mix the nationality to your complaint? It has nothing to do with what I was saying.

4- I do not make jokes about portuguese. But I have to agree that many people love making jokes about them. But the portuguese nobility came to Brazil, fleeing from Bonaparte's troops, leaving the folk behind. Then Dom Pedro I became an emperor, but none liked him. He killed many journalists, but the brazilian threatened him so much that he came back to Portugal, to take over the trone again. Some nice government we had.

5- We would be amazon indians? What if another country took us as colony, but letting our contry to develop, administrating well our natural resources? Think about it.

6- It's true, we have so much drugs and social problems in Brazil. But again, if we had a good administration before, if there wasn't so much slaves back at that time, we would have less poverty.

So, I found out she likes my friend, great... So during my panic attack or what you may call it, I made her really upset and now she is not only really angry at me, but upset... as a conclusion, I just lowered my chances by 99%.

What is a man supposed to do? Love's a bitch... a man ain't got a chance in this hellhole.

This doesn't mean I'm coming back, but this is the only place I can turn.

Abraham, if you managed to make her angry and upset, it means there are some feelings for you.
The situation is a difficult one. For her you were more like a brother kind of friend then a lover. Probably you are shy in real life, and you are afraid to show your feelings. This means that she did not realise that all the times the two of you were together and talking, it was because you had a crush (lets call it that) on her. Women can make friendship with guys without physical attraction, and when they find out that what they thought was normal friendship was from the guys point of view an attempt to be her lover, they feel betrayed. For a lover they prefer the 'bad guy' who takes action at once, not the 'nice guy' who will wait her decisions forever. This is why the 'bad guys' have more luck in getting the women, they are confident in their actions as they feel they are a gift to women.
The good thing is that at least now she knows your feelings for her. Right now she feels betrayed and upset, as her close friend turned out to be after her as lover, not the person she could get advise from. But this is also a deciding time for the both of you. Do not try to go back to the old times as her good friend, she is not going to trust you are not having any feelings. Let her know that now she knows your feelings, it is up to her if she wants to be near you or not. You have not changed and are still the guy she can share anything with, including her life if she wants. She can either choose you, or continue to hunt the other guys that might not care for her. But let her know that if she has any problems, you will always be there, and you wil not dump her if she comes in bad times.
If she decides to break contact, do not hunt after her. You will get drunk, go through some mourning, and after a couple of months understand there are other women who are just a sweet. Don't worry that you lost the best woman in the world. One day you will find someone who is even better, because she will feel for you as you feel for her.
