about new familys , we need to start from 0 without hq or operation center ? Becouse i make a hard work to own the main hq (bizz) in LV , and my house (Missionary hills) . So in short way we will be in road .

Guys don't be so worried. Everything will be reseted. That means that you have exactly the same chance getting better assets before others. Think about the paydays and lotto's that will be given in the opening of RS5. It will be flooded. It says itself.
