The Autobots is a peacemaking clan, which means we're not committing crimes. We are a non-tagged clan and we fight for freedom and justice. We do not fight for awards and positions(Higher ranks, admin status, et cetra). We got a goal to treat everyone equally, but most important. We're a fun clan.

We are players who put efforts into roleplay, and roleplay it creative. As Argonath RPG is a server with no limitations of meta-/powergaming, then we can roleplay almost whatever we want. In this case, Autobots from the science-fiction movie Transformers.

As mentioned. We are a fun clan, fun can be roleplayed, and fun can be much more than just roleplay. Therefore, we will announce and organize fun events which is creative. These events is still being worked on. In this clan, we rarely make regular events like destruction derby's and such, but try to create more creative event's that has not been seen yet.

Autobots, also know as Autonomous Robotic Organisms from the planet Cybertron. They are considered as the good guys and are a generally heroic, honorable group, they tend to be dedicated to peace, and feel a need to protect other races from the Decepticons. As a result, they are usually Transformers who change into non-combat oriented alternate modes such as domestic vehicles, cars, trucks, or rescue vehicles. This is not always the case, however, as their ranks certainly contain ne'er-do-wells, malcontents, and unsavory types, and the necessities of war have led many to adopt more combat-oriented alternate forms. Before time began, there was the Cube. We know not where it comes from, only that it holds the power to create worlds and fill them with life. That is how our race was born. For a time, we lived in harmony. But like all great power, some wanted it for good, others for evil. And so began the war. A war that ravaged our planet until it was consumed by death, and the Cube was lost to the far reaches of space. We still fought the battle for our home at Cybertron. We lost faith in ourselves, the enemy overwhelmed us. We scattered across the Universe, hoping to find it and rebuild our home. Searching every star, every world. And just when all hope seemed lost, message of a new discovery drew us to an unknown planet called Earth. "The cube, also known as the All Spark, vanishing into outer space." While the Autobots have usually found themselves outnumbered by the Decepticons, the Autobots have always had home-field advantage, having not only the humans' military support, but also having more places on Earth to fall back on, while the Decepticons are entirely unwelcome on Earth. Key concepts that repeat throughout most continuities are the use of the name Prime to denote Autobot leadership, and the existence of an artifact of great life-giving power, usually referred to as a "Matrix", traditionally held by their leader.

During the 20th Century, the Decepticon leader called Megatron, crashlanded on the north pole when he searched the Universe for the All Spark. He was frozen, and unable to move. Years after, Captain Witwicky, a merchant from the United States, who was searching for discoveries, found Megatron when he was stranded with his ship on the north pole, unfortunately Captain Witwicky managed to activate Megatron's navigation system, and the map to the All Spark was printed on his glasses. That is how Sector 7 was created. Sector 7 is a agency that forcus on aliens. This is how the Autobots were alerted about the All Spark. The Autobots were now seeking the descendant of Captain Witwicky, called Sam Witwicky. They found him and naviagated the glasses and found out where the All Spark is hidden. However, as Sector 7 involves themselves into the situation by taking Sam Witwicky into their custody, the Autobots feels compelled to release them, that is how Optimus Prime lost his first Lieutenant Bumblebee for a time of period. Sector 7 managed to get reinforcements and as Autobots does not harm humans, they had to find another way to released First Lieutenant Bumblebee. Sam Witwicky manages to blackmail Sector 7 in order to release Bumblebee, and they found the All Spark. However, a tyranny has broken free from his sentence of being frozen, namely Megatron, the Decepticons leader. As the Autobots already know that Decepticons would overwhelm them, they tried to escape and hide in the city. That's when a war broke free. The All Spark was pushed into Megatron's chest in order to destroy it, Megatron died and a little part of the cube was left on the ground. A new war began as this little piece could still create Decepticons. Optimus Prime was killed in war, and the rest of the Autobots among with the humans had to find a way to wake Optimus Prime back up. That's where the matrix comes in. When the pyramids in Egypt was created, there was 7 Primes alive, during the war on Cybertron, 6 Primes died on Cybertron in the war, whilst Optimus Prime still managed to held it back. The Fallen had spoken to the humans, and planned tyranny over the whole Earth. He demanded Witwicky in exchange for freedom, which was a scam. However, the matrix was hidden in these pyramids and so was the generator to turn off the sun of this Universe, which was the Fallen's plan, and in order to kill the Fallen, you need a Prime. The matrix was therefore used to wake Optimus Prime back up, so he could defeat the Fallen. Back in the war for Cybertron, Sentinel Prime(Optimus Prime's supervisor) made a deal with Megatron. Sentinel had designed a teleportation system which could be used to restore Cybertron. He hided himself in a cargoship which was shot down and crashed on the moon. None survived, but the Decepticons knew that the matrix could wake Sentinel back up to life, so it was a faked death. The Autobots went to the moon to find Sentinel and they woke him back up to life. This is how another war was created. Sentinel tricked everyone except the Decepticons and they started teleporting Cybertron into Earth's atmosphere. Optimus Prime fought Sentinel and Sentinel had the high ground. Megatron was injured and provoked, and he started attacking Sentinel. Optimus fought Megatron and killed Megatron, afterwards Sentinel. The Autobots has taken away all hope from the Decepticons and are now cleaning Earth for Decepticons..

As a member of this clan you have to follow a specific amount of rules and regulations. These rules also counts for the applicants.
NOTE: If you break any of the rules, it is fully up to the Prime to decide what punishment you will serve.

                         - An Autobot should always follow Argonath RPG rules.
                         - An Autobot should NOT attend to public chat if it's a unstable and negative atmosphere.
                         - An Autobot should NOT play for awards and positions, but for fun.
                         - An Autobot should NEVER be a criminal. If you get suspected, surrender and ask for investigation.
                         - An Autobot should always be creative in roleplay, and roleplay when they got the chance.
                         - An Autobot should be a helpful person.
                         - An Autobot should have a positive attitude and behavior under every occasion.
                         - An Autobot is allowed to join other clans, as we're a non-tagged one.

If you want to join the clan, make sure you are in fit for the position as an Autobot, also that you can accept the rules we have and follow them. You should not lie in your application.
