Why does my Skimmer respawn when I exit it? Did I really pay like 300k for something that I can only use from A to B, and thats it? D:

It doesn't likes you.  However you can sell/buy it again and it could fix it as it did with my slamvan or on other hand just report it to managers when they are ingame available and they'll fix it.

When you land the Skimmer into water, the client/game thinks you drove a vehicle like any car, bike etc. into water - where it obviously doesn't function and then the game decides to respawn it.
