I don't know but I have a feeling he may use the information learnt from that "class" as an excuse for "mental illness" or something.
And then what?.. As far as i know the punishments in the USA are not low. This man is going to sit a lot of years and will he will pay for this attack.(is there a dead penalty in Denver?)

I'm not sure, but if he pulls the insanity card and is found insane. It is not allowed to give death row punishment to someone found criminally insane. Regardless of such, he will not ever get out of prison. At the minimum, 2 charges of murder alone would give him life without parole. He has 12 charges of murder, and 59 attempted murder (as of now). Additionally, his apartment is rigged with explosives; so needless to say he will never see a free world.

The "Joker" is unofficial and has not yet been confirmed by anyone. He was in a class for "neuroscience" which he has been for a while; neuroscience does include mental disorder in some cases.

Considering I grew up in the USA and it's basically like my home, they should not be offended. Also  Denver is just a part of the USA, I was not referring to the United States as a whole.
Growing up in the U.S.A. does not make it okay to make jokes about the situation right after it's citizens suffered massive losses to life.

I'm not sure what Colorado's current stance is on the death penalty, but it's likely that he will be facing charges of domestic terrorism, or if he's lucky, mass-murder and attempted mass-murder from both a state and federal level. Assuming the death penalty isn't used and he doesn't get away with an insanity plea, he'll like be in federal prison for the rest of his life.

I'm not sure what Colorado's current stance is on the death penalty,

New statements do portray he may be held accountable via death penalty. The state does support capital punishment via death-row; and in the state only one person has been executed via capital punishment, three others remain on death row.

The state also states in their death row terms "Any person under 18 years of age, mentally retarded, or 'constitutionally precluded' at the time of capital crime is committed, then they may not face the sentence of death as most other states do.

That is not funny at all.
I doubt it, and I am not saying anything like that, but the coincidence itself is what scares me. Last night I looked up the movie to see if its story actually happened, and it said nothing like this ever actually has...then a few hours later it did...

God Bless America - Official RED BAND Trailer (2012)

Since you simply ignored it.

Heard about this attack early this morning. When I listened to the 911 calls it was absolutely chilling... My prayers go out to the families and victims involved.

when i read about this, i get shocked, he consider himself as ''Joker'' From the movie, and the police cannot enter his appartment cause its filled with alot of weapons and mines and such, and they dont know how to do it.. wich indicate at a long time planned Thing.

My first thought Is this one of the 3, Breivik spoke about, can this be the 2nd and 1 more to go?

To be honest I fail to understand why this gets so much feedback and publicity.
This is not the first time mass murder occurs.

I think you fail to realize that these things don't happen every day, especially when it involves over 70 people wounded and in an odd location. I don't know if you live in the US or not but this is bigger than the Columbine shooting back from 1999.

This is the largest mass-shooting since WWII on us soil.

Domestic Country having incidents like this are more publicised rather it happening in a 3rd world country for that exact reason, it happens often. Popular to kids belief here, even in the United States this doesn't happen as frequently.
