I'm thinking that one may have just been a coincidence. After they finally released an image of the suspect's hair dyed red, I really wouldn't be surprised if he was just a crazed fanatic who believed he was the Joker himself.

He was also mentally in a state of war, in which he wished to remove that part of the population that according to him would be responsible for treason of the Norwegian values.
The bottom line is that anyone who attacks unarmed people should be dealt with the same, regardless of their background or circumstances at which they made the attack.

There is truly something not right... other than the bullet proof vest he is wearing, but he appeared to be mentally absent. There is simply no emotion, and yes his hair is actually dyed red.

In jail, he is in confined space, as he is acting "irracticaly", including spitting at guards, eyes rolling back in his hear.

I would not doubt that he is found mentally incompetent to stand trial, in which he would be place in a criminally insane mental hospital.

It would be very hard for someone to get to him. Even in jail he has a bullet-proof vest plus constant security. In addition he is on suicide watch.

I'll refrain. Prisoners will try to "get to him". What is exactly the motivation, if most of them are killers, rapists, thefts etc. Unless they've lost a family member why'd they try to kill him instead of making his life harder there..

At least in Brazil, it's known criminals who murder kids or elderly people, or rape em have a pretty hard time.

Robbers and killers also had mothers, and some of them still have some morals ^^ Surely there's a shit ton of people in there who doesn't care, but it only takes one guy to kill that son of a bitch.

New first person accounts suggest the AR-15 weapon jammed mid-shooting forcing the suspect to dispose of the firearm....

That is truly shocking... Ar-15 with 100 round drum gives a 50-60 RPM or rounds per minute; meaning the death+injured toll could have easily been doubled, or worse. The entire shooting as is self presently, only lasted roughly 3 minutes and police arrival was not affective to his reason for leaving the theatre.

An officer stated, who spotted him. He appeared to be "in a trance" shortly after. Could he have actually suffered a serve mental illness.

The suspect (not gonna mention his name) is 24 years old, the mental illness schizophrenia is an illness that develops in most cases in a persons mid-twenties. Given the description of inmates released (who saw said suspect) of how he acted, these "traits" are hard to minmic. Also, I do now feel he is not "faking it" as I don't care how much anyone tries, you can not simply shoot 70 people; killing 12 including a 6 year old little girl and "fake hide" any emotions.

I am disgusted by all of this, there is no reason for this to have taken place besides insanity.

The part that stands out to me is the last part which I have made bold.
I don't know but I have a feeling he may use the information learnt from that "class" as an excuse for "mental illness" or something along those lines as the reason for the shooting.

Interesting... what makes it even more interesting is that he had studied things which are let's say about those "illnesses".

Are you denying that an incredibly large amount of people is dying in Africa every day and that nobody seems to care?

Also regarding Breivik (can't browse posts and quote now); He is healthy, he is not crazy or inhumane.
I am sorry for the people who died but his cause is not at all inhumane.
