LOL, I don't really give a fuck about free cop abusers, I just hunt them down like a boss, and if they try to run, I will go after them and I kick their ass, that will make them understand to not suspect people like that. And if they come back I will kill them again till some high ranked cops come to kill me. Since 2011 I've understood that, now I barely surrender. Cops are the same has criminals, they are players, there for they should be punished the same way, Cop Ban is just a special treatment that players on cop duty have to prevent them from getting ''Real punishement''.

Cops are like any other player indeed and should be punished equally, but they are working and getting special privilege when they join cop script and get free weapons to use which others dosen't on the server. That's why we also have the copban script to partly stop and punish those who missuses it.. It's ofc depending from case to case what and how we punish players, copban or full ban or any other kind of punishment..

You can see the copban as an equal way of an other players punishment such an adminjail and warning..  a copban are not equal to a full server ban as you obviusly think it is... pathetic..

And NO, copban is not an specialtreatment.. just an alternative way instead of adminjail and warning so they afterwards can go back on cop duty and continue there work right away like "criminals" can... Maybe i should request a criminalban command... Interesting thought..

Next it was funny how some of the 'roleplaying criminals' were asking in CB when they could start to shoot....and some leaders showed their capacity by telling not to shoot unless it was called for.
As usual some decided to jumpstart the action by fighting between each other, which led to 'orange dots' taking out their guns....and being tempbanned.

This is true. Some people were asking this, maybe some because they just wanted to shoot, maybe because, just in case you hadn't noticed, at least 10 guys were already fighting (without using weapons).
That was an option that hasn't been chosen. I mean.. a guy decided himself to start shooting, and consequently all the other people took out their guns. I must say the shootout hasn't been violent. Indeed, just few seconds later it was calming a bit and probably was going to end (with not many deaths). But I can't surely say this as I had the honor to be banned first..

Now.. I don't know if you spectated the whole RP action or just the beginning of the shooting.. You probably saw the beginning of the shootout and consequently reacted thinking about a mass DM. The problem is this action had RP bases.

Without the intervention to stand down, it would have become another DM fest with accusations flying to all sides. Now only a couple of players were disappointed not to be able to kill blue dots....

Sad to see that a shootout can be easily confused with a "DM fest".. and that its only aim would be killing cops. Probably I'm not used enough to SA:MP (I was just playing there for some hours since a lot of time), and probably you were right thinking about a DM, but this seemed to me a mis-interpretation.

It's hard for admins to see through it. Just seems like loads of people shooting at each other. You didn't RP or say anything and just shot which is probably why you got punished for it.

I actually got shot at, then walked back and took out the gun..

Anyway I don't wanna start a fight (even because it's just a tempban on SAMP..). I just wanted to know his point of view.
