I believe that you make the situation even worse.
People from Israel will try to do a bad things towards the server and the attempts will grow up.
I'm not threatening but this kind of movement could lead the community to somewhere else. Somewhere you do not want.
I hope you'll change it.
For now, I doubt about this server.
That's right that you have to protect the server but you just gave up doing it. Like there isn't enough admins. Like there isn't enough people who would like to assist the community by applying to moderation and might be accepted.
Why you gave up? Because you cannot handle this, as I said, you have the abilities and the resources to do so but you just say "Oh, f**k that. Screw them, lets just block 'em and make some rest". For example, massive number of ban evaders and hackers coming from Netherlands, though, many users in the server ARE from Netherlands. Will you block them? I do not think so.
Another example, from the life. Police Officers are there to serve and protect the city citizens. Although, there are numerous gangs in some areas. On daily basis there are street crimes, the police wont just leave this area and make it "Dead" for them, they will fight and wont give up.
Take Israel as "Gang" and the administration team is the "PD" they will fight and wont just make "Dead" specific area.
Rethink about your decision.

Please understand this... Due to the amount of players who're hacking from Israel, we decided to route block those IPs of those who've hacked. Meaning, if you're on the same route as the hackers, you'll be blocked from the servers. The only way we can allow you back to the server is by you setting up a static IP adress and send it to Gandalf or any other manager to allow the IP to access the server.

We're doing our best to satisfy everyone and keeping hackers and rulebreakers outside Argonath. We appreciate you being a part of Argonath, but there isn't really fair in the world. Because of some kids who hacks, innocent people gets punished too.

As I mentioned earlier, if you set-up a static IP adress, then I believe we'll be able to allow you back on the server. Search it on google.

His right Gandalf, I can't even hack at all in anygame, I hate hackers and I hate to hack, I dont know how to hack and I dont wanna know. and about the banevading I did not banevade at all. and Jason is the real account that I made since I joined argo and I can tell you the names that I changed to get to "Jason". Tell me the accounts that you think that I banevaded with. Maybe its not me who banevaded maybe it is my damn brother, but 90% he is not and not me. And I am 100% sure that your wrong, I did not banevaded. Last time I banevaded it was about 2-3 months ago.

You don't get that they change the IP constantly ? Only the route remains..
Example :
- One guy will banevader with 79.23.45.65, he'll get ban, then return with : 79.23.54.87, ban again, then return with : 79.23.69.10..
Do you imagine the time it'll take to ban all the possible IPs  ? So you block all the IP starting by "79.23.x.x".

I'm not much of an networking expert, but this MIGHT work for the well-behaved Israeli users:

Gandalf - Would a dynamic DNS updater work? Such as http://www.no-ip.com/ .. If it updates their .no-ip.com address with their current IP, then maybe whitelist the .no-ip.com addresses of those who are not cheaters?

It's just an idea.. but there may be a big downside to it that I'm not aware of.

As Sauron explained, get lease time, if you use internet every day, you essentially get a static IP.

The benefit of this solution is that currently administrators do not have to invest time in hackers continuously returning from their bans, instead focusing on other issues, that everyone whines about "Admins dont do shit".

Yes, I agree, it's not FAIR to remove access from 50 players because of 10 players, but it's less fair to remove administrator time from 100 people so they can focus on 5 people.
