Right click the network icon, 'Open Network and Sharing Center';
Connections: Local Area Connection;
'Details...'
Write down the line of numbers where it says 'IPv4 Address'.

Check again a day or two later. If it's the same, you're good.

Patience guys. He needs to make sure your IP's don't change first. Also, keep in mind that he has a family and has been sick with the flu lately. He only has so much time to dedicate to the forums.

My friend patience is the right answer but it wont hold for ever. We are blocked for too long unfortunatelly because of a damn hacker. We only ask to come back and play after this long long long time  .
We only wish to rejoin our friends and rp again. Sir i belive that patience isnt the answer right now cause we are losing it . Please you and the rest of the Adminstaration and the Managment- please Unblock our contry, we only wish to come back and have some fun.  :help:

It's not that we don't want to unblock you, my friend. It's that we are still dealing with constant attacks which are affecting the servers so greatly that if we remove the blocks, then no one at all would be able to play, you included. Something needs to be done about these attackers before we can stop blocking his country. They are ruining it for everyone.

I understand. Thank you for explaining me the situation in more details but if im not mistaken even after blocking our contry the server is under attack of hackers and cheaters and all the "bad guys". Maybe it shows that blocking isnt the answer anymore? i heard in the first month after the block that all was much easier but still there were some "bad guys" and i heard that one of them made pretty much of a mess, if i may to call it that way, in the server. So again mayb ethe blocking isnt the answer- solution anymore?

I can't discuss it publicly, but there are ideas in the works which include methods for dealing with block exceptions that hopefully can be up and running in the not-too-distant future.

Sounds nice i have an idea that the adminstration might use. my friend who is playing samp too plays on a role play server that accepts players by the forum. in more details: the player writes a story about him and the adminstration asks him few questions in the forums and chats- anyways he gets the premition to play the server in the forum! and not by registering in the game that means that it is a protection that checks who you are and if you are a good player. If im not mistaken they are giving a password to the player that he uses to get into the server and then registering to the server . We can use that way of accepting players and that will be more defensive . another thing i know from Minecraft taht there is a "white list" same as the idea with the registering through the forum but still- much safer. so again i advise the adminstration to make a new registering procces through the forum  and that way they will keep the "bad guys" out and the "good guys" inside the server

But i am sure that these people that keep playing cool here, being like "You already know what to do, go work for 6 dollars, there is nothing you can do" and etc, would say exactly same things that our fellow Israeli players are currently saying.
