A routeblock was the last method to use as they keep evading the multiple bans as they have dynamic IP addresses.
He wouldn't just place this for a little issue, but for a constant pest disturbing his Community and Servers.

You have been explained the steps to follow in order to be unblocked. If you can't follow them, there is no point to keep posting and asking to be unblocked.

I just spoke with my internet provider-he said that making my IP static will coast me 40 shekels-that is 10$ and i need to pay it each month. as we said few replays before that will be exensive...so pelase if there is any other way to get us back into the game-please! please do it!

I already sugested to block only the banevaders , Not a whole country though.
Theres some great israeli players in Argo , And theres trash as u said , So get out the trash and keep the good ones , How it can be hard , It's not our fault that the admins cant deal with the banevaders .

I've explained multiple times already, the only way to block the banevaders is by placing a routeblock as their dynamic IP gives them easy means  to banevade each time.

How do you propose administrators deal with the ban evaders then? Run around all day banning them each time they banevade?
That has been done for long enough, this is a more secure means of keeping them off the server and ruining other players time in the game.
