It seems somewhere between your ISP, (or an ISP's system it's linking from), and the ISP Argo uses, the connection is being blocked. My best guess is that you may be caught in someone's routeblock. I would suggest sending Gandalf a PM with your IP address and explain the situation to him.

Your method of finding the problem is ineffective, Sugar. I can connect to the server just fine, but pinging and tracing the route to the server lands same results as Rapper. No response on pinging and whatever pathway after hetzner.de comes doesn't respond. Must be something else here.
