NOT a comment on the previous Directorship:

A personal request of the next Director: I hope they will be able to lead efficiently and will have experience and the ability to act selflessly, and would not have personal bias.
 They should have experience in management and should not just be given it because of excuses like "He's a cool guy" or "he is my friend and I trust him". ARA needs a project leader who will work his hiney off.

Seriously just to place barriers, not leaving even 1 lane open and then just standing round for like 10 minutes without even a single /me.. What is this point in this? When I asked what you were doing you just said "I'm controlling the traffic flow" - Yeh it really looks like it.. What is the point if there is not going to be any roleplay when barriers are placed and roads are blocked off? Is it just to make you look better than everyone else because you have rights to place some little barriers?

Final rant: Does the ARA even have any bulldozers or any other construction vehicles that can be used in roleplay these days? I haven't seen any.

In my professional opinion, from what I can see from the photo attached, this would enough to warrant an immediate reaction from the police, perhaps even the FBI as this is just reckless endangerment and obstruction of traffic.

Had I have been on duty at the scene of this, I would have asked for whoever placed the barriers to remove them (if it was just random & not agreed by police who are the ultimate guardians of the road& not enough notification to the public given & and if it is causing hassle to motorists as I expect it would.

Police officers are not allowed to block entire roads unless there is a serious need for it (such as crime scene / vehicle crash / accident) so why ARA feels it is an appropriate action to do is beyond me.

This is improper use of the resources and such resources would be better used if given to police instead (so they can use it, which will in most cases be more appropriate)

gl tryin to take advantage of the situation tho, but if CMB is anything to judge by, it's probably gon be Hamza or Ben or idk who else is active in ARA, don't think they'll give the position to someone who's not even part of the company

They aren't, but imagine the laggy mess there would be if everyone could place barriers.. You wouldn't be able to drive from the LSPD to GS9 without running down like 200 traffic cones.

Didn't say everyone, but you don't need some super crazy initiation ritual to see if someone's worthy of the magic of putting down barriers, the job has no consequences on the flow of the server (ie, giving everyone SAPD rank so they can spawn in weapons, or giving everyone passports and driver licenses to bypass in-game limits), it just adds to the world of roleplay, and if there's will to do that, what's the issue?
