I. The PilotWo Shing's Crime Community was created by Wo Shing himself. It started off in '1920s when things in China started to become rougher in the community. This was in Hong Kong then. Wo Shing developed a triad under the name 14K(which also got split into several divisions). As the 14K triads started growing off, the second world war took place in our history. The Japanese Yakuza used their supplies of oil to construct an army suitable for that kind of warfare which the Second World War offered. This is something they got by the 14K's assistance. As 14K continued to grow, they started extending their territories outside of China as well. This included Vietnam, Korea and Hawaii. As Hawaii became a official state of United States. This led to that Argonathian forces started pushing 14K out of Hawaii. 14K and the Yakuza became two very well known allies and their connections grew even further. 14K demanded the Yakuza to attack Pearl Harbour. As Yakuza was afraid to get their hands dirty then, they commanded the Japanese Army to attack Pearl Harbour. This slowed down the Argonathian forces and United States was now officially part with the allies during the Second World War.
II. The '1950sAfter the '1950s, the 14K made an impact in Hawaii with assistance from the Japanese Yakuza. The Japanese Yakuza started running the Hotel's all over Hawaii, but 14K had taken over all kind of supplies such as vehicular transport, ferries, planes, and vehicle dealerships. The 1960s hits and aircrafts are now used for transports and not only for warfare strategy. One of the first planes crashes in the history happened by the Japanese coast when Wo Shing's plane crashed. 14K lost their dragon head, and a new leader should be chosen. A lot of confusion by the election of a new dragon head occurred and the 14K was shut down in the late '1970s.
III. The Community has returnedThe year is 1991 and 14K has now returned with an annonymous name, according to Wikipedia - the name is was never leaked. The 14K's second leader was killed which was the main reason of the community to return. His son Wo Fat has taken over the family business in full investigation to find out who killed his father. The Investigation continues which leads Wo Fat to New York city. He there meets a Russian Mafia leader under the name Vas. During this time - Wo Fat did not know directly how his father died, but assumed it would've been an ambush. This was proven correct and lead Wo Fat to O'ahu, Hawaii. In Hawaii, it is the Japanese Yakuza who runs the islands. They've assisted Hawaii with most industrial supplies than the government could offer which made the Japanese Yakuza a huge resource for Hawaii. In all surprise, the assistance of the Japanese Yakuza leads Wo Fat to a former CIA agent. Name is confidential and he did not find out. Wo Fat uses his sources with the Yakuza to get a police officer to scene make this former CIA agent's dead using a car bomb.
IV. The Chapter of Anton & Victor HesseAs Wo Fat is the person who would not get in too much trouble, he found out that a world known arms dealer under the name Anton Hesse was taken into custody by Naval Intelligence. Anton Hesse got a brother which is also his partner - His name is Victor Hesse. Victor and Anton Hesse are two irish international weapon smugglers and dealers. They've been known from Iraq war where they traded military supplies to the Middle-Eastern Forces. Victor Hesse and Anton Hesse are two criminals who do not stand in the sun light, visible. They hide in the shadows and hide from everyone. It requires patience to reach to them, but Wo Fat succeeded. However, during the past years, a law enforcement officer in Hawaii had been investigating a murder case for way too long than expected. He did not seem to trust anybody and got closer to Wo Fat. He did not trust anyone and felt that his life was in direct danger all the time, which lead to that he resigned from the Honolulu Police Department to investigate this case in the shadows. Wo Fat knew that this detective got evidence stocked correctly and brought him even closer to Wo Fat, it was important that Wo Fat got in contact with Anton & Victor Hesse. As Anton was captured and taken into custody by the Naval Intelligence, Wo Fat just knew that this was the perfect timing. Wo Fat did not want his hands dirty and would delete all possible evidences from now on that could connect him to any murders. Victor Hesse was depending on Anton Hesse which is why Wo Fat got so simply to reach Victor Hesse. They agreed that Wo Fat would get Anton out of trouble if Victor Hesse killed this detective, which turned out to be the father of the operation leader of the apprehension of Anton Hesse. During the transportion of Anton Hesse, Victor gave the operation leader(son of detective) a ring where he started trading his brother with his father. The meantime, Victor's assistant gets a trace of the convoy which leads Wo Fat's forces into combat with Naval Intelligence. Wo Fat knew where this would end. Anton Hesse was neutralized and so was this detective. The investigation of this detective begins which leads to Wo Fat, but not directly. He's just a suspect for now, but has to delete all evidences. Wo Fat uses the opportunity to kill the governor of Hawaii where everything looks like the naval commander (which is investigating the murder of his father(the person who Victor Hesse killed after Anton Hesse died)) killed the governor as the fire arm was slotted into a tased naval commander's hand. Victor Hesse was already captured and imprisoned into a Correctional Facility in Hawaii and so was this Naval Commander. Wo Fat therefore ordered Victor Hesse to kill this Naval Commander. If he was killed in prison, then nobody would suspect Wo Fat, it would not even be investigated and no fingers would've been pointed. Victor Hesse knew for sure that Wo Fat would get rid of all evidences, this included killing Victor Hesse and Victor Hesse therefore assisted this Naval Commander to escape the Correctional Facility to go after Wo Fat. The Naval Commander fails to find Wo Fat in time and Victor Hesse is murdered by Wo Fat himself.
V. Wo Shing's Crime Community's developmentWo Fat is getting closer to answers of his father's murder which leads to a codename 'Shelburne'. The Naval Commander is lead to North Korea where he is being kidnapped and tortured, he escapes a few days after with assistance from Naval Intelligence. Wo Fat is later captured and sent to a Hawaiian Correctional Facility. 'Shelburne' then comes out from the darkness and shows herself to the light. Yeah, the killer of Wo Fat's father is a woman. A former CIA agent. Wo Fat then manages to escape from prison with assistance of a criminal crew in Hawaii. Wo Fat then escapes out of Hawaii and back to Korea where he can focus on his plans and the future of this annonymous crime organization which gets the name Wo Shing's Crime Community.

The Wo Shing's is a completely new project in Argonath RPG where we will focus on roleplay infront of shootouts. The Wo Shing's are and will never be a group who will play for achievement, but we play for fun and for a new kind of criminal roleplay basis in Argonath RPG. That means - no more of being pulled over by the police and you go like "OMG abuse", the leaders of the group will be picked carefully and shall always stand like a role model to other players. They should have a very clean admin record(from the day they joined Wo Shing's). When that is said. Wo Shing's leaders shall always remain polite and stand with a nice attitude when we're out of roleplay. When Wo Shing started it's development, it was a requirement that members should play for fun and not always have it our way. We will never stand for moaning and groaning, which will lead to administrative punishments.
Wo Shing will also not be the kind of group who will run/bunny hop around with a combat shotgun. Combat shotgun will remain as a banned weapon. As Wo Shing is a crime community and consider of street gangs - we will develop a street community where we don't run to the ammunation to buy the weapons, but rarely go to ammunations. We will focus on getting our guns in roleplay also. The same goes with drugs. The street members will be dealing with regular narcotic trafficing in Los Santos. When that is said - We will not run around PMing everyone "Selling/buying weed and heroin??", no. We will meet up in roleplay and take it from there. PM is a very isolated form of 'roleplay', it is private and drug trafficing itself does not fit for the PM. The Wo Shing is of course not only a street gang, but also a triad and a commission. The triad will be a mafia which will stand very close to the commission. In fact, the triad will always be near the commission to help and assist them in any possible ways. As well as it is meant to held deals and do standard mafia roleplay.
Ranking InformationWo Shing's Crime Community as mentioned is based on several groups into one group. We consider of street gang(s), triad and a commission. Wo Shing's are not meant to be based on 1000 of different ranks, but we'd stick to regular ones.

rules to the Wo Shing's Crime Community. He can take control and give orders to Deputy of Mountain Master, Vanguards, White
Paper Fans, Red Poles, Straw Sandals, 49ers and Blue Lanterns.
"Deputy Mountain Master"
Deputy of Dragon HeadThe "Deputy Mountain Master" also known as the Deputy of Dragon Head is the assistant of the Mountain Master. He can implement
new structure and rules with the permission of the Mountain Master, and may be leading the Wo Shing's if the Mountain Master is
absent. The Deputy Mountain Master can take control and give orders to Vanguards, White Paper Fans, Red Poles, Straw Sandals,
49ers and Blue Lanterns.
"Vanguard"
Operations OfficerThe Vanguard is the operation officer. He assists the Mountain Master with the future deals and implementing them. A Vanguard has
also the responsibility to check the street gangs' deals and how the narcotics trafficking is doing. He has the responsibility to receive
the amount of weed and heroin the street gang has obtained the past weeks and has to forward this to the Mountain Master. NOTE: If
the mountain master is absent, this shall be forwarded to the Deputy Mountain Master. The Vanguards can take control and give orders
to White Paper Fans, Red Poles, Straw Sandals, 49ers and Blue Lanterns.
Wo Shing's Triad "White Paper Fan"
AdministratorThe White Paper Fan is the administrator of the Wo Shing's Triad. He can give orders the Red Poles during operations and non-
operations, but has to remain as a role model to the red poles. He is their leader and should not let them down. As the triad is almost
always around with the Commission, the White Paper Fan is out runned and can basically relax during this times. The White Paper fan
is only for leading the Red Poles. White Paper Fan can take control and give orders to Red Poles, 49ers and Blue Lanters, but not to the
Straw Sandal.
"Red Pole"
Mobster/EnforcerRed Poles are the mobsters of the triad. They enforce our vision and guard for the Commission usually. They can give orders to the
49ers and Blue Lanterns if the Straw Sandal is not present.
Wo Shing's Street Gang(s) "Straw Sandal"
Raskal Division LeaderThe Star Sandal is the division leader of the Raskal. There are usually only one Straw Sandal in each Raskal. The Straw Sandal is
leading the street gang and their crew. They organize brawls and shootouts and roleplays with other street gangs. They are to control
and make sure that the 49ers and the Blue Lanterns get the amount of weed and heroin that they are required to, this shall be
forwarded to the Vanguard. The Straw Sandal can control and give orders to 49ers and Blue Lanterns.
"49er"
Raskal Street MemberThe 49ers is the Raskal Street Member. If you are a 49er, it means that you've passed your time as a trial for the Street Gang, you are
now a official member of the Raskal. 49ers are to get a specific amount of drugs each month. You can decide if you want to gain weed
or heroin. They shall always listen to the Straw Sandals, and those above them. The 49ers are supposed to show a good example to
the Blue Lanterns, and can control and give orders to the Blue Lanterns if the Straw Sandal is not present.
"Blue Lanterns"
Outsider/New membersThe Blue Lanterns is a new member and basically a outsider of the Raskal. They are new and they have to show that they are worth
becoming a 49er. They can fully decide if they want to get drugs for the Wo Shing's, but it is recommended to do if you want to become
a 49er faster.
Joining Wo Shing's InformationIf you are interested joining the Wo Shing's Crime Community, you can apply for a Street Raskal, and get accepted without any requirements. However, you are expected to learn our rules, accept them and follow them. You can also join the Triad, but the Triad is required to be professional RPers who are willing to follow orders all the time. That is why it's a rougher application process if you wish to join the Triad. It is absolutely recommended that you've been in the Apprenticeship Program(Street Gangs) before you apply for Triad. We have based our application process for players who've played here for years and for players who joined the server today. Which means that everyone is able to join. There will be promotions every month where some from the street gang(s) will be invited into the Triad. The application process for street gang is not hard at all. We only require a little information about you. This application is out of the roleplay and require personal information. As fast as you've applied(NOTE: It does not require approval after applied) you can get in touch with anyone from the Raskal and let him introduce you to the group. This is all roleplay based.
As Wo Shing's Crime Community will always be focussing on having a very stable reputation where we do not wish players to get admin punished in any ways and we want to seek like a fun group and not like some sort of a kinder garden, we have decided that Wo Shing's Crime Community shall have a specific amount of rules, based on Argonath RPG, and our vision and what we believe in. As Wo Shing's Crime Community is built up by seperated groups, we will have common and rules based on the groups and what fits for them.
Common Rules for the whole Community- Always follow the Argonath RPG rules.
- Do not question administration of Argonath RPG. Listen to them and follow their guidelines.
- An administrative punishment in Argonath RPG will lead to a punishment in Wo Shing's Crime Community.
- Combat shotgun is a banned weapon. Never possess it or use it.
- Refrain from chatting in public chat(/p) unless it's a stable and positive atmosphere.
- Battle for honour and respect. Do not battle in anger and hate of another group.
- The official enemies of the Wo Shing's Crime Community is all roleplay based. Always respect your enemy and talk nicely to them.
Greet them for a good roleplay you've had with them.
- Do not bunny hop during roleplays. If you want to run fast - flood the sprint button.
- Do not go on cop duty/fireman/medical duty. To go on duty, you'll have to get permission from the Mountain Master himself.
Rules of the Street Gang(s)- Always listen to higher ranks.
- Do not instantly run to ammunation to buy hand guns, shotguns, sub-machine guns or assault rifles. Try to get these weapons in
roleplay. Meet other gang members from Raskals and buy/get weapons from them.
- When dealing drugs and/or weapons. Do not PM people 'Buying/selling weed/heroin/guns?'
- Killing/shooting people because they entered our hood is not a roleplay based reason to kill/assault them. Always try to find a roleplay
reason to kill/shoot someone. E.g, if someone is selling drugs in our hood to other people or if they start vandalizing our properties
and such.
Rules of the Triad- Always stay close to the Commission and obey orders.
- Do not screw around during roleplays.
- Do not open fire or attack someone unless the Commission orders you to do so, or being fired upon. NOTE: If the order is illegal
according to the server rules, you may ignore the order.
- You are not supposed to speak unless being told to. Chinese can be spoken in RP(improvise) where you say random stuff that is far
from english in local chat(/l) and use a translation in Citizen Brand(CB) Radio(/cb).
- Do not speak in Citizen Brand(CB) radio after the Commission has alerted 'CLEAR THE RADIO FOR ROLEPLAY'.
Rules of the Commission- Always stand like a role model to everyone(even to those outside Wo Shing's Crime Community).
- Getting administrative punishments may lead to a demotion. This can be discussed with Wo Fat himself if the punishment was unfair.
- If there are other personnel from the Commission online - you have to agree with them if creating a (huge) roleplay scenario.
 | The Wo Shing's Commission is the leadership of Wo Shing's Crime Community. They are here to organize the structure of the faction and organize the different gangs and the triad in Wo Shing's Crime Community. The Wo Shing's Crime Community is considered as some kind of "all-in-one" group. We will be dealing with street crimes, mobster crimes, terrorism and business deals. Everyone would like to earn money in Argonath, and the best opportunity to do that is by organizing yourself with a faction. The Wo Shing's Crime Community has a personal goal to take over the hotel industry in San Andreas. The Wo Shing's Crime Community's illegal activities has been ongoing for almost 100 years. The Community as it was before - the 14K triad was running the mafia activities around in China. The main headquarters to begin with was in Hong Kong. These illegal activities considered of narcotic trafficking, fire arms dealing on the streets, which increased to military deals with Japan, homicides, rapes, robberies, etc. These activities started increasing as Wo Fat got in charge. We consider of many more criminal activities present; narcotic trafficking, human trafficking/trading, breach of human rights, extortion, terrorism - which included car bombs and dealing bombs, homicides, manslaughter, torturing, rapes, burglaries, etc. There's a huge list. There are a lot of terror business on going in Los Santos as of right now. The Wo Shing's got bigger confidential plans which will not be published to come.

| The Wo Shing's Commission is to decide to future deals and business with other organizations in the state of San Andreas. We're not talking about only legal activities. It's expected that the Wo Shing's will take over the hotel industry in San Andreas. However, our business will not be considering of only legal activities. The Wo Shing's Crime Community is a small sector of a big community spread all over the world. Our industry is not only on going in San Andreas, but also International. We are at this moment producing raw materials for dirty bombs which will be also dealt in San Andreas. As The Wo Shing's is considered as a only whole crime community considering of street gangs, triad and commission we will held huge roleplays which will be fun for all parts. When the faction was created - it was a goal to create roleplays that you barely or basically never see in Argonath, so this is something that we're looking forward to.

The Wo Shing's Street Gangs are several raskals all around Los Santos, for now. We only have one Raskal which will develop the whole Wo Shing's Crime Community. The Raskal is called 6th Street Raskal.
The Raskals of Wo Shing's Crime Community will be dealing with narcotics and weapons. As well as they will deal them to different gangs around in Los Santos. The Wo Shing's Crime Community is held up by weapon and narcotics trafficking. As the Wo Shing's Crime Community want to make profit, they deal drugs and weapons in Los Santos. However, our main goal is to get high amount of narcotics which will be forwarded to the Vanguard of Wo Shing's. As a member of the Wo Shing's you will earn money by forwarding this to the Vanguard. You will personally be paid as you work for your raskal. Everything will be documented so everything will be fair. The more drugs you get for the Wo Shing's the more you earn.

| The Wo Shing's Commission is to decide who goes into alliance with who as well who goes as enemy with us. The Raskals will not become friends with every single street gang in Los Santos. This will only cause chaos and would destroy the community. If we go into alliance with our alliances enemies, then we will get in trouble. The Raskals will brawl and be in gang wars with other street gangs in Los Santos. There are no doubts for that. The Raskals so far lead East Los Santos. We run the 6th Street which has been ran by the Renegade 9 and 58th Street Conecta. We expect to extend our territory as the faction grow. In these streets, you'd be able to find our dealers where we'd buy and sell narcotics and fire arms, as well meele weapons.
