Ban evaders, hackers, trolls...

Today. Yesterday. The day before... What is happening?

The server seems to be under attack every day.
The hackers (ban evaders as well) disguise themselves as new players and try to mess up roleplay going on between players.

Today, as I was roleplaying a CIA agent with my friend, I got stopped by a cop (I had two people in back seats ready for interrogation). He parked his car ramming mine just behind. I got out, trying to convince him that everything is alright and that I am a CIA agent (roleplay). I haven't finished a sentence and he already suspected me for evade, and in that time even killed me while I was standing there and typing. Then, my other agent (friend) got suspected and shot at. After about 10 minutes, I asked admins for, not the 1k payback or anything, but just a simple unsuspection for my friend. He had to go through the investigation process which took just about 10 to 15 minutes. The guy got away with no punishment, then afterwards spamming the chat with /ad and some swearing, and then yet again going away with no any punishment.

All I'm saying that, admins in their free time should spectate new players. You never know, it can be a hacker, a banevader. I, myself know a ban evader when I see one. Name - trolling etc...

Just before I made this topic, a guy threatened with a DDoS attack, and got banned. Next thing you know: "Server is reconnecting..."... I'm suggesting don't ban to fast, tell him to chill out, talk to him. Find out his information (in this case IP would be good)... Try doing something about it. In many countries DDoS and such attacks are illegal. I heard a Spanish 16 year old got arrested for DDoSing SA:MP servers and websites..

We have IPs of every players when they join the server.. no point to discuss with him
And Admininistration is already doing a good job with new players.. So yeah, you got abused sometime, but you have severals tools to report them such as /report or ARPD Forum for the police officers.

Trying to talk sense to scriptkiddies doesn't work, they are too immature. Secondly Argonath never gives up regarding cyber crimes, we will ban the attackers on sight.

Every DDOS attempt/attack is investigated and being dealt with.

If you get abused by new players try to teach them and show good example.
If you see hacker, troll, banevader, simply report and it will be dealt with.


We are living tough times these days but soon it will be better.

I think it's more fun to play (on) server, not crash the server...shame on you random hacker or whoever. I just can't understand why they need to crash.

I am sure that the officer that suspected you was cobanned before, later banned for costant rulebreaking.

If you were roleplaying CIA officer, and you're not a part of it, you should had been suspected, not for evade tho.

Not necessarily. The officer had no way to verify him as a CIA Agent or not.
