There was a court case, not long ago, same situation, and it was 1m cookies, instead of ARD. And they were delivered.

Anyway, if you really do believe it's /ad abuse, false advertising, event scam, then report it to admins.

I have no rights over this case, but I would punish the event hoster for misleading players/illegal ad. As far as I'm concerned killing events are alright (by the rules) as long as the player being hunted down doesn't attack back. Of course you can argue wether these events are "good" or not.

Only the administration (or those trusted / approved by the administration) have the proper capacity to host DM events as they can ensure that things do not get out of hand.

Sadly, the majority of the playerbase cannot be trusted to do the same. Therefore, do not complain when your trust is misplaced.

Why are you always doubting/blaming the playerbase? You think only admins are able to handle everything in a way called 'perfection' ?

I don't like the fact you guys promoting DM in event. In my opinion, DM events should not be allowed... But who cares about my opinion anyways...

Then explain the presence of the high number of topics made for reasons such as "freecop / <insert some other scapegoat here> abuse" or being scammed / DMed / flamed / etc. by some other regular / "veteran".

It is already an established fact that you cannot prove wrong, that the majority of the playerbase is not qualified for certain tasks. Or else we will not have plenty of restrictions in this community as we do now.
