Navy Seals are black ops special forces, some of the most skilled people in world... Man my step grandfather was a Navy Seal, they didn't do anything on the common battlefield. They are covert ops, behind enemy lines hostage rescues, tactical assassinations and things like that. US Marine Force Recon, United States Green Beret are the ones on the "common battlefield".

Its not as easy as you think they have to go through a very rigorous training process and are infact the best at what they do.  your just being ignorant.

Anyway... while the possibility of North Korea doing damage to somebody such as the USA is not zero, it's not their point. The whole ''settle accounts with USA'' is just oratory. While people love to remark that North Korea has little capacity of attack, their capacity of internal defense is strong and is most of the time ignored/underestimated.
