It is very obvious that you are coming in after a long time and do not like what you see. On top of that you got banned for abusing a command that you know very well you should not, so you are in a self-destructing mood and trying to take that out on members of your family by kicking anyone who opposes you.

Danny did an excellent job in running this group which is why I put him up for it. Yet, this group has been run and founded by me. I will NOT forbid anybody to continue as a group of people, but may it be under another name as it is not someone else's work. And yes, I see the development of this group over the last years as a lot of goddamn work.

Stracci has always been a group which has been different than all other groups. I am a 100% sure that everybody agrees with me on that which explains the large number of members at the time when I was fully active.

I do not have time to run this anymore, people are still posting and nagging on the Stracci topic and I think it is finally time for me to move on.

With all due respect, nomather what group you set up, your rights go as far as the server owner lets you.
Another point is that the name Stracci comes from a well known movie and that in my years on SA-MP i have seen more then 15 groups/clans using that name (Next to Corleone, Cuneo, Barzini, Tattaglia ect).
If anyone would use The Black Dragons or EuroCore as a new family or clan i have no right to complain because even tho i might set the original idea up this is still not my server.
I don't really see the big deal anyways to be honest.

There is a self-ban feature for thoe people who can not restrain themselves.
However banning or getting banned is simply a sign of weakness as it means you can not actually leave without being forced to.
