Character details: Solis was born in a city of Sonora to an accommodated family of small-business owners, where he grew up and did his studies until high school and didn't pursue college. It is here where he started to take an interest in different subjects including physical sciences, self-defense (boxing, martial arts and shooting), cooking, and others.

At age 17 he and his family moved over to Los Santos following the increase in violence after the Mexican drug war started in 2006 by then-president Felipe Calderón. In LS he began working in small jobs in south central LS. It is there where he first came into contact with the founding members of what would later become 58th Street Conecta, a prominent Hispanic-American gang based in East Los Santos, investigated by the LSPD as well as the FBI, known for illegal activities such as drug dealing, executions, extortions; and with links to the Mexican mafia.

In early 2010, Solis was arrested on the basis of his connections to the gang and possible drug smuggling, and subsequently convicted for racketeering and money laundering, but was released nearly three years later for good behavior.

After multiple police raids since 2010 aimed towards 58th street and nearby neighborhoods, he and other members were forced to move away from the city.

He moved over to San Fierro where he began to build everything from zero again, came in contact with some old friends from back in Santos' and now switches from a wide arrange of legal and illegal jobs in order to make some income.

Chapter I - The Beginning


Hugo was born on the 16th December of 1990. He hasn't seen his father since he was born. His mother was a nurse and she hadn't spent a lot of time with Hugo. He grew up in Lyon and hasn't got a lot of friends. When he turned fifteen years old he found a job as a bartender in a club. In few years he made enough money to leave the town and buy an apartment. At the same year when he was ready with his decision. His mother died in car accident. Hugo wasn't shocked since his parents abandoned him since he was born. There were two months left to finish the last year of his school so he stayed. After he finished the school he sold the little apartment left from his parents, left his job and went to Paris. He found a better job as a guard in one club. His payment was twice better than his old job. He bought an apartment and met a lot of hot girls in the club. He started a relationship with one girl. The girl was special for Hugo and they had a half year together. She wanted to introduce her father to Hugo. She invited him to diner. After the diner her Dad took Hugo's phone number and said he will call him back. After a week Hugo's phone rang.  At the phone was the old guy from the diner. He told Hugo to meet at an old woor company on the outskirts of town.. When the old guy walked towards Hugo, he took a silenced colt and pointed it at Hugo. Few men came up and grabbed Hugo. Hugo was scared. The old father ordered to the men to leave him on the ground. The old guy offered the gun to Hugo and asked him for a favor. Hugo took the gun and was listening to the old guy. The old guy's name was Pierre and offered Hugo to learn how to use a gun and to move in the illegal business. Hugo felt like he is dreaming and his answer was positive.

Chapter II - The New Start


Hugo learned how to use weapons and he was ready to start the job. The first task that was given was to protect Pierre at a small drug deal. Hugo took his gun and they went at the meeting point. Everything ran smoothly and without any problems. He took 400 euros from the job. After a lot of tasks he did he became very skilled and the boss of Pierre wanted to meet with Hugo. Hugo accepted and they met in one French Restaurant. They talked about ''contracts''. Hugo wasn't very sure about it and he asked Pierre. Pierre answered positively and Hugo accepted. These kind of contracts were to kill the people which their time to pay expires and taking everything in their apartment. At his first contract he was scared and took his weapon with him. He found the man who hasn't paid on time and tried to take the money from him. A riot started and Hugo took one punch from the man. There was no one in the alley expect Hugo and the man. Hugo took out his gun and shot three silenced bullets. He took the man wallet and ran away. He went back to Pierre's boss - Harvey and gave him the money. After another task like the first he took a lot of money and the fear was gone. One day, after few months of the contracts, some officers came in Hugo's house. They started to ask him questions about the dead men and women. He answered negative to all questions. After the officers went away, Hugo took his suitcase and put all his clothes and items inside. He met with Harvey and told him, that he need to hide because the cops are going to arrest him. Hugo took the airplane and went to San Fierro, San Andreas.

Chapter III - New city, New day


Hugo Barteau arrived at San Fierro and rented an apartment. He went out and looked for a job. After a week he found one job as a cooker and bartender at Cranberry Diner. He met with the boss called Eduard Nikolaev. Eduard gave the job to Hugo and introduced him to Winston Lee - another worker there. Hugo already opened few times the Diner and had earned good money from it..
