Day 4, week 3.

Today was a real struggle, especially because of the small breakfast:

Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg
Lunch: Small salad
Dinner: Kidney beans with sauce and a tiny bit of rice.

Best thing you can do is to eat instead 3 times a day 6 times. Like this, you burn your food better and you can even eat a bit more while still losing weight :).

Eat more food at breakfast. And as Mark said, eat 6 times but in little portions

Do this, have a good breakfast, specially if you have a job. A rich lunch and a light dinner. You'll never feel empty and still lose a lot of weight.

Lunch: Salad and protein bar
Dinner: Kidney beans, tikka masala sauce and 1 scrambled egg.

Gym: 50min of cardio.
