Hello there ....

I want to discuss here about the this email address [email protected] in my all argonath life i even didn't got a one reply from this email address if anyone got scam or another problem all admin advice us to email on this email address and after emailing on this address we didn't get any reply or action Why ??

Because of the following:

1) This is a game. So players including managers play in their free time. So they are helping us SO much with all the stuff that you should cut them some slack instead of creating this topic.
2) Donate to the server if you love it that much.
3) Okay so once they get an email they review it and talk to the required people and take time of actually solving your problem instead of playing.
4) there are many emails they get, and I don't feel why you should be treated differently by your email being resolved quicker. There's a que and once your turn gets there, it will be discussed.

Its extremely rude what you just posted, honestly.

There is no need for a reply to be sent to you after you send an email, each email is read and dealt with in due time.

Oh yeah my friend Shaun got scammed in casino and he emailed on [email protected] with prove do you know what he didn't got reply or any action till now ?? he emailed since 2 or 3 months and didn't got reply  ??

I can confirm that emails sent to that address are received by all HQ members and they are all looked at. Action may or may not be taken based on the nature of the inquiry and we will only reply to the email if there is a need to do so.

I'm not sure what problems you're referring to; we receive the email, we take action if there is a need to do so, the end. No problem with that is there?

You do know they're read because I've just told you; we've received three emails from players only today, they've all been read and dealt with, two by Gandalf and one by me.

How is that kind of response not good enough for you?

I know what they want, but the actions we take are not their concern. If a player reports another player for using cheats and we investigate it and find the reported player is in fact using cheats we will take action against that player but not necessarily inform the person who reported them.

This works the same way as /report does in game, how would you as an admin like it if you had to personally respond to every report you received by explaining what action you had taken? If you did you wouldn't have time for much else which is our problem too.

Yeah okay i understand but if a person got scam and he reported on the email why don't you give a reply like that we have received your email and we will start investigation on it and thats it the person who reported will be relax because he got a reply ...
