I usally draw something IRL, then scan it to my PC, open it in Photoshop, edit it a bit, the I use TXD Workshop, then put it in your GTA3 - done.

To mod skins, I suggest you use something like 3DS or something like that, if you just want to recolor skins, I suggest you use PHotoshop and TXD Workshop.

I am already Adobe Photoshop and TXD Workshop user. The problem is, when I made the spray and when I loaded it, it's background were white. I want background as transparent.

Download GIMP and make the picture transparent. :-)

well, since you're a photoshop user - start a new project with a transparent background (option appears as you create a new project). Paste your spray in, select the white area with the magic wand tool and click 'delete'.

This is not working when I save it.

Though if you want to change color, then edit the layer.

Better off doing custom Graffiti like Sisko had done.  That way you can put Graffiti on any building/wall you like.
You'd need the following to achieve it though -

Autodesk 3DS Max
Kam's 3DS Max Scripts
Photoshop or GIMP
TXD Workshop
Map Editor for GTA SA
Alci's IMG Editor

REPLICA.

I know how to place a random graffiti on a random building but that is not what I want to do.

If you change the color in layer it should be that color.

Did you tick in the RGB ones in "Channels" instead of Alpha 1 before you saved?

Did you make the text inside Alpha 1 white, just like the original? It needs to be bright in order to make the color to shine through.
