So in more then two years, that I was an admin, I wasn't?
I hardly received a complain, yet it seems that NOTIFIED inactivity is such a big problem.. why not removed the inactive manages and inactive community leaders also?
They're inactive for up to a year.. even more..
If you only fire/kick the admins and moderators, I have serious doubt about this system, and the HQ..

You have done real good for the community, you will be missed as an Admin.

The motive behind reformation is only desirable. With it, the HQ is trying to improve efficiency regarding administrating.

Things change. The administration is not an exception. Some admins have left the administration team, some players are about to join it. Every admin during all these years, contributed with their hard work, to build the server that we all love playing in and have fun. We all should be grateful for it.

With regard to the HQ, there are a number of members who have earned their position by the effort they put in to the community, and their title reflects that more than their current activity.

Having said that, the main reason of making management trials is to ensure that we have an active HQ, as we are aware it is impossible to ask activity of our admin team if there is no leadership.

For those who are so jaded they wish to shit on the team in this topic, there is a self-ban feature.

What you are forgetting is that Argonath is a 'dictatorship' as you describe it considering there is 3 persons that owns the community and you are allowed to play here for free without paying anything.

You are free to have whatever opinions you want to have, and i understand that this is not fun for you. However, i encourage you to think twice before posting as anything you post might bounce back on you in the future if you want to try to join the admin team again.
