17655 (Own money spent on furniture) + 35000 (Accidentaly sent to Lawrence) - 13000 (My payment given to me) = 39655
$39655 is the total amount of money that I've lost during the designing of this, even after I've received the payment.

Our building at East Beach is done and the offices are ready to be used.
