SWAT metropolitan patrols involve various members conducting what were previously known as "heavy patrols" and handing it off to the division known for responding to those types of situations. So like I previously said, don't waste your talent because for the time being, it is staying how it is.

SWAT has always done this, just with ranchers and full equipment, which we have changed. Secondly, it is not a "freecop" skin, that term is especially non-existant in RS5, it is a security guard uniform. And finally, "acting like FBI", perhaps you don't remember that Special Weapons & Tactics are a totally different organization from the Federal Bureau of Investigations. No one is pretending to be anybody, simply a skin that is used to better identify our folks in the field.

Just putting this out there that when SWAT was under my command... I made sure there was no patroling, but rather stand by and be on call to respond to c30s and such.

And looking at this now - I wish I had disputed my "retirement" when it happened. But hey, shit happens.

What Chase said, if you want to patrol, be on SAPD duty, what are you going to do, use special weapons and special tactics on a traffic offender?


Don't see why this skin should be limited to SWAT, considering it's a civilian skin anyway.
