I also wandered in to one of these situations yesterday. A group of people were beating someone up, blocking the road, and when I stop in front of them (because I can't just drive over them either), they simply point their guns at me and assault my car with knifes? Great RP, 10/10. I'm glad there was an admin looking over the situation.

Yes, it's not a strict roleplay server as we don't enforce all the bullshit stuff from other servers such as powergaming, metagaming, IC/OOC..
Yet in the rules there is "This is a roleplay server, please stay within decent realms of roleplay."

Basically I joined the server, to find myself suspected for 'killing Kaze', I drove for two minutes around San Fierro, and lost my suspection, and according to the new rule, I'm no longer part of that Roleplay, regardless.

We can know all admire your roleplay skills.
It's obviously totally normal to drive up a group of mafia beating up someone in the street and acting tough..
We can see multiple attempts of roleplay with you from all members, yet you just ignore them and stay in your car like nothing happens.
As the results, everyone moved away from you as don't upholds the standards of roleplay we expecting to encounter in our server.

You drive up to a group of people clearly assaulting someone in the middle of the street, you can see they have weapons and your first instinct is to tell them to move so you can drive past?
It makes no sense. Anyone that saw that ahead of them would take another route to avoid being involved in a bloodbath.

All I see is a group of people attempting to gain suspection status by "RPing" and then killing anyone who dares to stop, when they themselves block the road. Especially if this happened to multiple people (you can see that the person in the webm is, in fact, not Rafael). The only punishment for someone you know is killing them.

New rules? Indeed I also have a topic about it as well, apparently Gandalf wants it to enforce it. So I'm sure, like I said in the main topic, the fact that I killed Kaze has nothing to do with this, I lost suspection, I'm no longer linked to that RP.

Plus, if you read the prints of me and Cyril talking I also said what I just told to you, and he replied 'New RP'.

Then again it brings us, to what he said about me 'coming to LS which is ruled by big Mafia Corleone lelel too bad'

Cyril really needs to decide what was the reason, so we can focus in which of the two rules he broke and supported.

You might want to open your eyes then.
We already dealt with cops before you arrived and they left the scene as we were doing nothing wrong.
We were dealing with Bogomil in a roleplay scene and he chose to fight a 1v1.
No one that stopped or didn't stop was killed.
Before talking non sense, get your facts straight.

All we have seen from you is your inability to roleplay or at least uphold a decent realms of roleplay.

Basically within a week, Kaze was in Gvardia, opened his own group, went to Stracci, tried to join Sforza, etc... How in the hell was I supposed to know now he is with Corleone?

Specially when Corleone allies were helping me without any mention about him being with Corleone? He doesn't even uses a tag, so I'm supposed to go through /groupmemebers to every single group I want to interact with other player?

Also, since when a group claiming territory means the whole fucking city?

You don't even know what you are taking about, Is that the case, then every roleplay which starts by any criminal can be taken as he is just doing for suspection and having fun in the server as cops will chase him and then probably the situation will end like cops getting killed or criminal and you are absolutely wrong here, Just trying  to show the bad face of Criminals here.
