Warning: Properties do get sold due to not entering them!!!

Could you please state the whole procedure of how HQ members feel that they should sell this property, of course 3 months rule is still here, but we are still unable to recognize this new rule, Do HQ member sell property whenever the feel it should be or there is some time limit? It's not a new rule, and as Rusty said, there's no need for players to know exactly how as that's when people start camping on properties to be sold and others start coming ingame for 5 minutes every so often to keep their properties.

It's kind of simple, just use your properties for what they're meant for... ROLEPLAY... dont own something just to look cool or not let someone else own it, use it for RP or it'll be taken simple as that

Sorry for going off topic, but can this "sold due to inactive" have power on CBs and on Phone numbers? CB's and phone's can be removed  when the owner is inactive for 3 months+.

Lol what's the point of this? How are we going to judge how these numbers or cb radios are active? By the amount of times someone joined and re-entered their cb and how many times someone called someone? There are almost 9000 CBs and even in RS4 there were plenty left, so no, I don't think numbers or cb radios should be removed (unless they someday are all registered), since numbers are also almost unlimited they shouldn't be either.

So it can be sold even if player logs in game after every 5 minutes and enters his property daily?
Still players has to know about it, that how they can save their properties from being sold.

And from where we are talking about Roleplay here? In a general way I'm stating that business profit script would make people enter their business more, nothing else, Therefore Devin already said that they are going for houses rather than businesses.

RPing a business would be more of a reason to make me enter my business than it would some script.

Why not just put up a Cronjob that runs a php-script that checks last entries each day/week/month on properties and change ownership for those who have no entering them in 3 month?
Makes less work for managers and also secure the work to be done properly..

As I have already stated in this topic, it's under the HQ members discretion whether they sell a property or not.
Any property that is inactive will be sold after a couple of months.

If the property is being sold it's likely because the property hasn't been entered in a lengthy time. While I think the current time frame is a bit small, I can understand trying to notify a player is a bit of a problem considering the likely conditions in which they are being sold.

Best bet is to checkin at least once a month.
