At the moment I'm a bit mad, maybe this goes in flame section or maybe not, I want to explain a few things :
-FBI is not a regular police force. So STOP RUNNING AROUND US saying : Cops help me please help me ... It's just annoying and actualy we die don't f.... care ! Our job is different. I accept to act like a cop when we are 4 or 5 on the server and that there are NO cops, not even a cadet, and usualy I don't go around for minor crimes. So as a FBI, when there are other cops on, I'll just ignore you, if your matter is not a federal matter. This message is valid for all FBI :
We will take care of our investigations, federal ones, and help cops in serious problems or huge crisis. Since airports and water area are considered as belonging to their local area but might also be considered as federal ground, we might help in those case (Boat stealing, suspect hiding in airport and so on) and also on hostage strikes or such major things. Even if you want to discuss this matter, we are deaf. We are not here to make cops job, we are not here to steal their job. That's it !
-Second point : Civilans please, but hoh so please, stop GETTING IN THE MIDDLE OF A HIGH SPEED CHASE ! Today again, we were chasing cops killers twice and a kidnapper once when some civilans just came and began to block our path in all the way they could ... Some of them got reported, but we can't report everyone since sometimes they are 3 or 4 and that we have to focus on the chase ... What should we do Aragorn or Gandalf or Legolas or other awesome super admins ??? Should we suspect them too ? Should we open fire at will on them until their car blow up ? I mean this would be a non-sense ... But the situation is just more and more common' and we must face it almost everyday and I'm sure that the cops will agree on regular chases.
-Third point : This one goes to some dmers and cops dmers : Some people are trying to roleplay here, and when some people come around and start punching us for no reason while we talk beside the water or try to helikill us, well, it's normal that you'll get reported for dming ...
... Sometimes, we just enjoy talking to prepare our next mission or to wait one of the guy who got disconnected or who is about to connect ...
- Fourth point : FBI ranchers : They are for FBI agents and so civilans and regulars cops, stop trying to take them, this will only get you reported.
-Fifth point : This is a roleplay server, not a cops and robbers. I know this have been told many but many times but damn stop trepassing in LS garage and punching cops to be wanted... This is just ridiculous and should be reported as anti-roleplay.
-Sixth point : Right to arrest a suspect who use drugs : Aragorn, in his roleplay explanation (

2. As the drugs system is scripted, not allowed to accuse anyone in "imaginary" drugs deals... You have all for the roleplaying the drugs...
If you smoked weed near police officer (local chat visual action) - he has all rights to suspect you without any investigations...
and so please stop complaining when you smoke weed beside a FBI agent that we have no right to do that ! It is written rule ! (Thank you Aragorn for this !) Next one who complain, I'll probably report him to admins for frivolous threats and not knowing the Argonath roleplay system. I won't name anyone, professionalism require, but some came out complaining that I had no right to suspect them ... Please, read before complaining .... Castor was more patient than me for explaining, while he was giving a complete explanation, I answered to those person : Go read Aragorn post on forum, now shut up and follow.
-Seventh point : FBI is not allowed to use ARPD vehicles when there are any cops online. So stop yelling at us to go grab a police car and run after this or that guy, 1st : We know what we have to do and 2nd : We are just not allowed to do so ... So please leave us be ...
-Finaly, eight point : A medic blamed us because we didn't brought a drug addicted to hospital today... I would like to retork to that medic : And you, what were you doing ? Nothing ! You were yelling take him to an hospital, get him in a police car (see seventh point grrrr) ... We put him in a regular car, then I don't know why but the agent driving decided to take him to a sprunk machine ... The guy didn't had the money to buy any ... I give him money (500 dollars) and ponks, he die ... Then that medic keep yelling : you killed a man you killed a man ... Next time dude, try to be there with ur ambulance and take him in your car, we will escort you, instead of staying there with crossed arms and yelling at us .... You have a medical formation no ? So MAKE IT SHOW ! ... And roleplay it ... And actualy, we got out of your sight and when he died, we were away from you, so I guess that this is only a big sketch and nothing else since it is impossible for someone to take 14 heroins shot and smoke 4 joints in 12 seconds ... Or if you do, well I guess that it is normal that you end up like this guy ...
So now I'm asking to super admins team : In such a case, are we allowed to use pd cars ? ... Was that realistic, so much drug in so few time ? Is that medic to blame and be fired for being on duty but not helping ? Was it really FBI job to take care of this men ? ... Just so many questions ...
To conclude (yes finaly it have an end :p ... I know my posts are always long) I would say that at some points, admins should be allowed to freeze people to explain them that bothering people that much is really annoying. (Or maybe should we fill a case for harassement everytime ?) .... And also that FBI is not to be considered as regular police ... They have their job, we have our job and that's it. Finaly, the famous frivolous threat : I will report you, you have no right to do that when we are perfectly in right to do it should be considered as abuse and we should be allowed to report the situation. Last point before the closing : Drug system should have a time limit to avoid people abusing drug that much, this may, not only save a couple of life but make it more realistic...so that medics and agents could make a decent intervention (actualy, someone who is highly under drug influence can last for about 8 to 12 minutes in overdose state before dying ...)
Sorry, I was really but really tired of the situation and I hope that alot of people will read and learn something out of it. I would also like to know what superadmins think about some of the questions I asked in this, because at some points, I see red ... I know that not everyone come and read but some people just don't want to understand. They see FBI but a blue name, so they think we are normal cops who will help them with regular problems ... They don't understand when we tell them to call 911 ... Sometimes, when not to busy, we take the report and we transmit on radio, but when we are busy, it's just painful ... And so I hope that some admins and superadmins can give us an idea to make something better out of all of this.
