Regardless of that, it's still my property, and I'm allowed to do whatever I wish with it, as I wasn't "holding" the property, as Max Callahan puts it. Plus, there was no legal documentation with such terms. Had there been, I'd have returned ownership, no question.

My friend did not say ANYTHING about RETURNING IT!

He gave me the property when he was going to obtain the Ammunation. He didn't state that I would need to return it, and if he did, we could have also signed a legal document just to help our deal be secure!

I didn't make any sort of contract because I trusted you, and clearly, I made a huge mistake by doing so.
