got it yo boys
skip coding at work
Thank you, but next time, try typing the fucking codes out. I spent five minutes typing over and over again the Base64 message.
The first is a Caesarian Shift. The phrase is encoded three times - first three words has an N value of 17, the next three has an N value of 16, and the last word has an N value of 9. To decrypt, simply subtract 1 from the N value.
"Wsqrd gkxd dy rjmf vo ocz Qvfcrafnel?"
Wsqrd gkxd dy - "Might want to" (N=17)
dy rjmf vo - "work at the" (N=16)
Qvfcrafnel - "Dispensary" (N=9)
"Might want to work at the Dispensary?"
The second is Base64. Nothing much, really. Identifiable by the two equal signs that
someone forgot to remove.

"every single Vice City Awards/Oscars winner"
"mvbLs8Ahe1A".
This is... very strange.
EDIT:
You might find this interesting.EDIT #2: I have visited both Dispensary and it contains... nothing? Buy menus does not show anything of use or cryptic, and there are no crates.
Guys I think I am onto something!
I won't spoil but here's a link that will help you get to where I'm currently at in regards to solving the riddle.
